    Very low rates for what you get. Nice room. Friendly staff. Realize that you’re in a “night life” part of town though. The street is active until very late, the garbage trucks come early, and the construction across the street is all day. But the thick windows help mitigate the noise. We stayed here to be stumbling distance from moulin rouge and it worked very well. It’s also relatively flat and easy walking compare to just north of here with steep hills and cobblestone roads.

    Nice boutique hotel in good location, very close to metro station. Hotel was KIND enough to upgrade us due to misinformation by the 3rd party booking website. Overall, pleasant stay with plenty restaurants around.
