Welcome to a refined Parisian apartment entirely renovated and decorated by an interior designer, located in a magnificent former private mansion, often chosen for photo shoots (please note that photo shoots are not allowed without prior approval from the administration).
The apartment features:
• A charming bedroom with a working space overlooking the living room, offering both intimacy and volume
• A bright and spacious living area with a high-quality convertible sofa
• A large open fully equipped kitchen, ideal for short or longer stays
• A modern shower room with a generous walk-in shower
• Underfloor heating, a rare and highly appreciated comfort in Paris
Every detail has been designed to combine elegance, comfort, and functionality.
Guest Access:
The flat is entirely independent so you'll have full access to it. Self-check in will be organised for your confort and the entire team remains fully available to assist you during your stay!
Before arrival you will receive a comprehensive and nicely designed digital Home Guide which provides all the instructions, information and recommendations needed for your stay!

From start to finish, this was not only a wonderful location, but also a perfectly sized place to stay for my time in Paris. The flat was a perfect size (I'd say great up to 4 people) and well equipped. Communication with Bea was flawless and easy. Loved the location and proximity to all of my favorite places to visit in Paris. Highly recommend and look forward to staying on my next trip!

modern interiors in a lovely traditional building in the older part of Paris. Lots of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby and very close to two metro stations this is an ideal location from which to explore true Paris. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with brilliant hosts who provided an excellent guide to the area and were very approachable with checking in/out. Very comfy bed and even though on a busy corner, the apartment was so quiet at night which was very welcome! And a great cafe/ bar opposite!

Great location! My wife and I with our two kids stayed for over a week. The little time we stayed at the property we wished it didn't smell like smoke (advertised as "nonsmoking"). We conveyed our experience to the hosts, I'm sure they'll address it for future guests.

This apartment is a great place to stay if you are looking to enjoy life as a "local" in Paris! The apartment was clean and had all the amenities necessary for our stay. It is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. It is within walking distance of lots of local boutiques, shops and restaurants, as well as the Picasso Museum. We would stay in this apartment again!
