A few minutes from the metro station-Porte de la Chapelle. Efficient reception staff. clean, comfortable and safe.The area has a boulangerie, cafes and a supermarket. on Sundays the local community promenade and chat in groups.

It’s really near to the metro and from the comments they said that the area was sketchy but staying their wasn’t in our opinion maybe it has changed when we checked in there but it’s overall a very good place to stay

I won't be going back.

The location is a couple of kilometres from Gare Du Nord, and the Paris Metro, (Porte De La Chapelle) is a few hundred metres away. It is also right next to the Adidas Arena. The room was cleaned every day.

Staff were awful. When I got there, the person on the desk made it clear that I was being a burden coming to check in and interrupting his conversation with his friend. Then on my last night I enquired about the check out time the following day. The guy on the desk gave me a disgusted look and sarcastically answered in French. Fortunately I know French numbers but it is clear these staff feel their job serving customers is beneath them.

Very clean. Staff very helpful. Only 6 minute walk from Porte de Chapelle metro walking past the Arena. Could see Greet hotel sign from metro exit. Shower was good and bed comfortable.

Very good Room and location for the price

We loved the room, my partner and I had an amazing experience, at one point our hairdryer broke and we were able to borrow one from reception

Maybe there will be people who are looking for something closer to the center, but we didn't have any problems since we used the subway.

The vicinity to the Metro station. Staff were very friendly and shops are also within walking distance of 5 minutes. The size of the room was appropriate.

Ok for the price

Hotel was ok, but the location is very bad and be careful with parking your car outside!. I recommend taking the parking garage, but be aware of the price. I was charge € 27 for 2 hours, but there is no other choice!!

Not a good choice, especially for wheelchair user

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel, is that it's really clean. The cleaning people here are excellent (and probably saints). And the water pressure in the shower was good.

In short: if you like comfortable hotels with good service, don't go here. I don't think I've ever written a negative review, but there's a first time for everything. One of my issues came from being a wheelchair user. Do NOT book this place when you are as well!! It comes up when you filter on wheelchair accessible hotels and all rooms are bookable under that term, but apparently it's one specific room type that's accessible and it's not specified which one that is at all. I was told so at the desk when I went down to tell them I couldn't get inside the room I was assigned. That's right: I didn't fit through the door. They said they were fully booked and that was that. No further attempt to solve or support in any way. So I had to partially dismantle my chair every time I had to go in and out of the room to make it fit. And that's because I'm lucky enough to be able to walk a few steps. If I had been fulltime wheelchair user, I'd be in trouble. But I wouldn't advise any walking people to book a room here either. Room was shabby with furniture that looks more DIY than actually sturdy, sheets had tears in them, the blinds almost came down entirely every time I closed them, the window can't be tilted open (only fully gaping) so the fresh air possibilities at night are none, and the mattress broke my back in two, it feels like. Service is a joke. Don't stay here. Do yourself a favor and spend a bit more to stay somewhere else.

The room was as advertised. Everything was clean and neat. Love the decor in the reception area.

Avoid this area, drug addicts under the bridge on the way from the nearest metro and bus station. Take next station front populaire 15 mins walk to avoid walking under the bridge. Area was hard to book an uber, drivers keep cancel cause it was kind not reachable.

Hotel itself is fine. Rooms are very clean and staff changed our bedding and cleaned the room very well. Reception staff was also helpful.

Despite rooms being clean, they are also very, very small. Don't expect to be able to even walk around easily. But the worst thing is the location. It is a very rough neighborhood with lots of homeless people. Streets are dirty and smell of urine and other human waste. We ended up taking an Uber from the hotel to the nearest metro station every day because we didn't want to walk around. Hotel does have a security guard at the entrance in the evenings so it is safe once you are there.

I really like the location, very close to the metro and you can go to Montmartre in 20 minutes The rooms were clean. Big parking and a few places to park in front.
