    It was a small boutique hotel w minimal amenities, but it was situated at an ideal location in Paris. Reception was friendly and warm. They gave us croissants and candies, as well as good restaurant for our last night there. Highly recommend.

    Unfortunately the moment I arrived i saw poop on the floor of the bathroom. I immediately talked to the stuff . They were polite but there was no extra room available and the cleaning stuff weren't present. So the problem couldn't be solved. Few days after, I emailed the hotel asking for a refund as this is unacceptable . They refused any sort of compensation. Dissapointing

    Excellent location for travel to/from nearby Gare du Nord station. Arrived from airport (by train), departed via Eurostar train to London. Convenient buses & Metro for the city. Very comfortable room. (Small shower room of course.) Helpful staff. Lennon & Avalon are one hotel. Breakfast was superb so book to include it. No fridge. Nice little balcony.

    Unfortunately I arrived late and the bed had some hair in the bed and I had to call the reception and ask to change the whole bedding. There was no water in the room to welcome the guest. Got a knock on my door at 9:30am then at 10am from the cleaner, even though the check-out was at 12pm and I have not yet left my room. Staff, in general, were gentle, but I just won't refer this hotel neither stay there again in my next visit to Paris.
