The room was clean - but the pictures on the expedia site and the property itself are a little different. we booked the smaller room - the size was fine, but to go to the toilet, the door can barely close - so it is a very very small bathroom in the small bedroom we selected. the air conditioning worked well per the 100 degree temps outside, just a very very musty smell to the air conditioning room. the staff were great - just seems the pictures are a little different than the website. the lobby is pretty barren/sparse but the breakfast was sufficient and again very friendly..

Front desk staff were great; they provided great referrals to dining options in the area and helped with storing our bags when we arrived early.

This hotel was a great and suited our needs with one drawback. We chose it because of its proximity to the Gare du Nord station, so we had very convenient access to transportation. However, the area is definitely not the nicest. It was crowded, and felt seedy at times, although never really unsafe. We didn’t wander the area at night. Just went from the station to the hotel, which is a short walk from the station. The included breakfast was good, and had enough options for my family, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. There were several good restaurants near by as well. The best part of this hotel is that it has air conditioning, which was something we really needed as we were there during the June 2026 heat wave.

Very clean rooms. Staff were very polite and accommodating. Very close to train station. Would stay there again.
