The room and the location. and the bed was also very comfy, all and all, its a 8.5 for me, i really do recommend this hotel, and its fairly priced

It’s pretty close to Gare Du Nord and easy to get to main touristy placew
It misses maintance, the bathroom was dirty, small and the it didn’t have a shower itself, there was a showehead only

Serviceable breakfast in a nice location near two metro stations (less than ten minute walk). Lots of boulangeries and cafes in the area.
The property is old, which is not a problem by itself, but it was not well maintained. The handheld shower holder's bracket was broken, and the shower curtain was missing, and there were only two outlets for four people. The elevator was broken as well.
