A good comfy stay overall.

Property was nice, comfy and clean. Reception staff almost all of them were really nice esp Mr Nayeem, Adeline and Galle were very polite, professional and helpful. The good thing is they could Speak English fluently so no issues with communication.

Coffee/tea facilities were not good. A kettle and a couple of coffee/tea/ milk sachets were provided with small size disposable cups (water cups, not coffee cups) but were not regularly topped up. So if you need more, you have to beg them.

The staff was absolutely fantastic. Very polite and friendly. Always happy to attend a request. The bed was super comfy! A plus!

I think it was a bit far from the main touristic attractions. So, it would take 40-50 min to the Eiffel Tower.

Area dodgey - was okay but a few flaws

Room was okay, decent size. Location was okay. Had to get on a metro to get into central pairs. €2.50 or €12 for a day. Was okay to be honest. However the location/area of the hotel was nervy. Reading up on the area there was a lot of negative reviews and you didn’t feel comfortable walking round on an evening. The hotel itself was clean and tidy and staff were helpful

The location/area was uncomfortable on an evening. I didn’t like the pillows they were not comfortable. The shower fluctuated in temperature a lot which meant one minute it was okay temperature then it went cold and then scalded you. Our hairdryer in the room didn’t work. We had to ask for another one and it was a reception one we had to return that day. At one point - all of the plugs blew and nothing worked with no lights in the room. The paper cups they gave you for hot drinks were awful and flimsy. Shower leaked onto the floor.

Great hotel for exploring Paris without being too central, with wonderful staff.

The staff were exceptional! Professional, friendly, helpful, really great! The rooms were modern and the beds were very comfortable.

It was good to come back and rest/get ready. The bed was huge and sturdy and great.

The room and facilities was good, the bed was huge and very comfortable. Shower pressure was good although it can suddenly turn scalding hot quite quick!! Good blackout curtains. There is also a carefour and bakeries around the hotel which was good for breakfast/snacks. The metro 7 is only 5 mins walk from the hotel, and there is the blue line (stalingrad) which is about 20 mins walk. Journey to the city centre (think Eiffel tower or the Galleries) takes about 35 mins.

The neighbourhood in the day is okay,but at night it feels quite dodgy, got to have your wits about you walking back at night.

Good value if you travel to Paris by car, but not spectacular

Very decent hotel with on-site parking, which was a big plus for us. Great beds and breakfast is good enough (no variation between days). A plus are the Velib bikes in front of the hotel.

We weren’t overly enthusiastic about the location, which we chose based on reachability by car from the North. We didn’t feel too comfortable to stroll the street at nighttime, even though it was probably safe. The metro is close but takes many stops to the centre - both points were better in Batignolles last time we went.

Great hotel for a short family trip to Paris!

Clean, modern, good location near the metro station. Easily accessible by car. Parking on site. Breakfast was good value, plenty of options.

The controls for the lights and the airco were difficult to understand so we never got the airco to actually cool.

Campanile Hotel Paris

Great location. Located 2 mins from metro line was great. Staff lovely very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed. Good shower. Very clean room.

Air Conditioning couldn't be turned down to a comfortable level. No individual settings for any room. 20-25 degrees weather (April2025). Had to leave the window open so we could sleep but noisy at times. Very sparse area in superior room to place clothes and belongings . Same menu for lunch and dinner and a lot of the hot food was cold. Poor TV channels 99 per cent in French . Restaurants not great around the area of the hotel.

Good budget hotel.

The staff on reception were friendly. The bed was good with good pillows. The shower was good as well.

A bit too basic and the room was quite cramped despite being for three people. The room needed a better clean.

perfect for a short city trip!

The location of the hotel is amazing and easy accesible by car. Across the street is a lovely bakery and the hotel is very close to the metro. There is a small parking lot at the hotel, so it's perfect for a short stay at Paris. The room was clean and nice. The shower was great after a long day of walking. Bed sheets were very soft. Price/quality wise quite well.

the beds were very hard with flat pillows. The room was also very warm the entire time. We turned off the heating, but still had to sleep with the windows opened in februari.

Nearby Metro station. Asian, and middle eastern food outlets few blocks away.

Nothing good about this facility. It was the most expensive of all the facilities out of 8 facilities around Europe, the AC was leaking and room inside and outside the door was all wet and smelly. Room was very small and one side of bed was almost exactly in front of the toilet. Not recommended to stay outside late as the facility is located in a very shady area.

The area of the hotel is not good. The breakfast is fair but with limited options, no fresh salad of fruits available. T

The parking was very convenient. The supermarkets near by also. it was relatively clean but the carpet did smell a bit and dirty.

The neighbourhood is extremely unsafe especially when you are travelling with children. Outside of the hotel always there was homeless people.

Staff very friendly, but not value for money, room size uncomfortable.

I liked the short distance to walk to two different metro stations. The staff were friendly. The hotel was clean. The maids were lovely and accommodating.

The room was very small, you couldn't swing a cat in that room!! Not enough wardrobe space only 5 hangers, and only one draw. My room was at at the front of hotel and was very noisy. The air conditioning was not working. When I asked why they said they don't turn on the air conditioning unit it gets really hot. We had 4 very hot day's in May but they insisted that air conditioning will not go on yet and we were told to open windows, but it was very noisy so couldn't sleep. They were not very helpful in this instance. We paid extra €15 each for breakfast the first day, but the hot food was cold and dry and not very appetising, and not enough choice. I will not recommend this hotel, not value for money as the daily rate was quite expensive for what we received.

Recommended place to stay. Nothing to complain about.

The location is really great. It's like 3-5 minutes walk from the nearest metro (line 7), and also there's a bus stop nearby. The surroundings is full with supermarket and restaurants (and even there's 24-hour supermarket). The staffs are friendly. The room is clean and complete with necessary amenities. Overall it's a good value for money.
