Staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel was well appointed with all the facilities we needed. cleanliness was good. I think the price was a little expensive for the size of the rooms, but I understand this is Paris in tourist season, so...
there were only 2 issues really. 1: my double room was very cramped for myself and my wife. our childrens room was much bigger 2: the coffee was terrible!

The location was great
No fridge, Tele didn't work, paid for breakfast but was told on arrival my son wasn't included in this?! Booking.com claimed all taxes included but was given a higher amount when we arrived. Told to contact booking.com and booking.com told me to contact the hotel. Our room smelt very strongly of drains. Facilities basic but fine
