Location is terrific. you have gare du nord (both the train station and the metro right downstairs). there are also loads of restaurants and cafe and a carre four supermarket just around the corner. The room itself was not big, but very nicely split the toilet from the shower, so you can have some privacy. There is also a separate hallway section so you can leave shoes and the clothes outside of where you ate
As with almost all rooms in Paris (so this might not be down to just the property alone), the room is very small for the price paid. It s 13 sq meters, so barely enough to fit 2 adults.
