I love staying here; love the quirky and colourful design, comfy bed and friendly staff. Very convenient for gare du nord, unfortunately train in from Germany was delayed so couldn't eat my dinner at Neni, which I know will be delicious and is another big reason for staying here.
Unfortunately there was big delay with my omelette at breakfast, not sure if waiting staff forgot to order it or kitchen staff forgot to cook it (what i was told) but meant that was waiting hungry for over 40mins....🙁

Been before it our selected hotel for an overnight stay in Paris as we change trains and rail lines. Lovely.

Excellent location, especially as our elderly father uses a wheelchair so the Special Assistance guys at Gare du Nord were able to bring us straight into the lobby.

I do like this place. The location is a bit edgy but it's fun and funky and the rooms are large for Paris.
Most of the time only one lift was working - not even a big lift - a lift the size of a coffin - for a place with perhaps a hundred rooms. This isn't a cheap place and it's not really acceptable to have to carry your luggage up or down five flights of stairs.
