Great location with the metro outside the door lots of Taxi's and both big train stations outside allowing for easy connections to the rest of UK and Europe. Also plenty of great places to eat and drink right on location.

The room was fun, the bed was comfortable and the little balcony was truly appreciated. Also the fact that the toilet was separated from the bathroom is a huge plus.
Staff was very friendly and the atmosphere is cool.
The elevator situation - slow and not equipped to handle the amount of people needing them.

Clean. Professional and very friendly staff. Very nice accommodation near the train station which met my travel plans to a tee

Location and space and funkiness
Housekeeping were very slack - I shouldn’t be responsible for reminding them to replenish the tea and coffee; cleaning could have been done better - there was an empty beer bottle which wasn’t mine left on the bathroom sink.
