New Hôtel Gare du Nord

The reason to stay at this hotel is location, location, location. It is hard to get closer to the station. On top of it, there is a person at the desk all the time, and the rooms are clean and safe, albeit small. I would not hesitate to use them again when coming in or out of Gare du Nord.

Convenient hotel since very close to the station

The most helpful person we encountered in our entire time in the city of Paris was the yong man who checked us in. He gave us a map and instructions to get everywhere we needed to go. He helped us understand the Metro system. I also loved th eloction being close to the train and the Metro station. I would not have a problem staying hter again.

We stayed for 1 night at the end of our trip to the Paris area. We arrived at the hotel around midday, hoping to be able to leave our luggage there as we knew we were too early to check in. However, the receptionist was very helpful and checked that our room was actually already available. So we left our cases in the rooms whilst exploring Paris for the afternoon/evening. The room was a good size. We are a party of 4 (myself, husband and our 2 teenagers). The a/c was effective at keeping the room cool. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom/shower were all adequate for what we needed. Location was the main reason for choosing the hotel because it was literally just across the road from Gare du Nord. So it was ideal for our early start the next day to get the Eurostar home. Definitely recommend for its location if you are using the Eurostar. The hotel was comfortable, clean and the reception staff were friendly and helpful.
