Room clean and good size bathroom. 2 people in a twin room and reception would only give us 1 room card. Massively annoying and explanation offered as to why we couldn’t have another.

The two best things about the hotel are the staff and the LOCATION. It is perfectly situated across the street from Gare du Nord. Multiple transportation options!! The people were very helpful. The condition of the building and the rooms is not ideal.

i booked this hotel because of its excellent proximity to Gare Du Nord and Gare L'est, both locations central to our stay. After making the booking i read some reviews which caused me some concern, those concenrs were entirely unfounded and i can only presume those who were negative expected champagne on a beer budget. This is a good honest hotel, it doesnt pretend to be something it isnt, its budget friendly and i can say i have stayed in hotels with more stars than this and had poorer service. the staff were excellent. The room we stayed in while dated were very clean and comfortable. at the end of the day the room is just to sleep and shower, i dont go to a hotel to look at the 4 walls all day. theres no coffee/making facilities in the room but thats not unusual in Europe, and i knew that when i booked. given how well we were looked after and its proximity to the train stations i would stay here again if i ever come back to Paris.

the room 36 and bathroom were spotless,bed made every day,towels changed every day,bathroom looked as though new,the wardrobe claen and large with secure safe fitted. I sleep with a torch under my pillow and it fell down the back of the bed and I had to retrieve the torch from under the bed,the cleaners have not cleaned under the bed for somewhile,not seen but should be done but apart from that was good in that room and staff very friendly and helpful,24 hour front desk is manned.A 100% bonus this hotel is directly opposite the Gare Du Nord rail station where you arrive on the EUROSTAR........ Their breakfast was not for me,you have to leave the hotel and walk around the corner to find the place and go downstairs and lets leave it at that but not for me or my companion but plenty of eateries nearby. would I return , yes 100% worth more in my opinion of a 2 star.

The room was extremely small, felt more like a box than a proper accommodation. There was no kettle or no fridge provided, which made the stay quite inconvenient. The shower has no curtain, so whenever someone used it, the entire bathroom became wet and slippery-posing a safety risk. Overall, I wouldn't recommend stay overnight here.

To no fault of the hotel, we experienced some concern during the September 10 strike. Upon leaving the property, tear gas was deployed nearby to disperse crowds, and police had barricaded the train station entrances across the street. The surrounding area also appeared to have frequent drug activity, so I would advise caution when walking alone at night. That said, our room was very comfortable, and the cleaning staff were friendly and attentive. The location next to a major transit hub comes with certain safety challenges, but the convenience of easy access to transportation was a significant advantage.

The location was perfect to the train station. Staff was super helpful. The property is older and this shows but they really do their beat and were kind ebough to hold our luggage after check out so we could explore Paris for the day as our train was in the evening.

I booked the hotel with no expectations at all, but that idea was wrong. For the price, the hotel's location and rooms are amazing. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms and guest rooms are spotlessly clean. Once again, I would like to reiterate. I have stayed in both five-star hotels and chateaux, but this time I chose this one because of its proximity to the station. Excellent hotel. Never mind the bad reviews, I suggest you stay first.

It is directly across from Nord Gare train station to get to the airport. Good option for the end of your journey and you have an early flight the next day. Otherwise, it is not a great neighbourhood. The hotel is no frills and wifi in the rooms is very weak. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was great. The reception spoke fluent English without a smile, but was efficient.

The room is basic and small, although generally speaking this tends to be the norm with Paris. The room was clean with a great view, and the balcony was a particularly attractive feature, providing great views of Gare Du Nord. Some visitors complain about having to leave your key with reception when you leave the room, but I find this quite useful - you cannot lose your key! The breakfast is basic, so make sure you are down early or there may not be a great range of food items left.

Staff is good. Had a problem with parking. They have paid parking only for compact cars, which i was not aware. If they have mentioned it already, then it would be my problem not to check while booking. Though the hotel is good, because of the location, too much smoke smell on stairs. Though hotel is trying their best, because of the location, it cannot be controlled.

The staff and super friendly and helpful. Convenient location across the street from gare du Nord which makes a fantastic option of travelling by train or accessing metro. Very busy and lively and access to many restaurants and mainstream fast food restaurants if that’s your preference. Doesn’t quite give the Parisienne feel long term stay, but for a shorter stay it’s fine.

We booked here because it was across from Gare de nord and we were catching the Eurostar. This is not a fancy hotel and no extras but what you pay you get a clean comfortable room and a very nice renovated bathroom. There is a small elevator and there are many places to eat nearby. We stayed somewhere else when we visited Paris and I wish we had stayed here it is a lot closer to everything than we were. I would definitely stay here again.

Creepy but basic to the bare bones. Sensored light system with lag so you walk in the dark. Very creepy. Extremely rude front desk except for the young Indian man. Located across the street from a main train terminal. If you decide to stay there, ask for the rooms with the renovated bathroom or else you’re screwed if you’re taller than 5’7”. The only positive thing about this property is they offer AC. We were desperate as there was a heat wave the week we were there.

I was here for 1 night only. We were leaving on the Eurostar to Brussels the next day so I was looking for a nearby hotel to the train station. The bed was the best in my 15 day Europe vacation. It was huge, it felt like 2 queen beds side by side and it was the comfort I like. We were on the 2nd floor with a big balcony over looking the train station. We were directly in the Richmond letters spelled out. Our bathroom was a good size. The room itself is dated, but location and bed was great. Tons of restaurants and cafes to walk to. Metro super close and train station right in front. With the windows closed I didn’t hear any noises from the street, which was a good surprise.

Perfect location across from the Gare du nord and easy walking to all the main sites. Was noisy, guests not considerate when returning early hours of morning and on a busy road. Breakfast is served in the new hotel around the corner which would recommend paying for. We ate on an evening in the restaurant next door which was also excellent. This is a budget hotel but we were happy with what we paid to be in Paris.

Quaint rooms with an extremely close location to Gare De Nord train station. Lots of restaurants in the are, but it is touristy. Pleasant and very cute. Nothing fancy, but we stayed for 4 days and had no issues. You are required to leave your key at the front desk each time you leave, but there is an attendant always at the desk. It is not a luxury hotel by any means, the rooms are very small but it was the perfect place for us as a couple.

Very convince to trains, cross street Staff the at night that got me out of the bathroom was very friendly and nice also the one at the B’fast, I gent to the bathroom I only close the door and the lock can’t not open it I was lock for mor the 1/2 hour was super terrible I was screaming, kicking the door till the dark skin men help me he was super worry trying his best to get me out he went and got help from the handy men. I never receive apology from the manager. Also to mention the room door was not opening also one day wen o try to get in, no big deal but they need to add better locks!!

This hotel is directly across from the Paris Nord train station. I is very convenient to trains at Paris Est as well. The subway is located in the train station as well. The hotel is older but accommodations were good. I have stayed in other hotels in the area. This one is better.

Excellent location for people IN TRANSIT (Airport or Railways). Clean enough. Didn’t like at all in the Bathroom: - soap system for shower or faucets: very bad quality and the distributor do not work properly. - the ceramic floor is too slippery and very dangerous!
