We stayed at this hotel while it was undergoing renovations, and we were truly impressed! The rooms are completely new, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Housekeeping changed our towels and made the beds every single day. The breakfast was rich and varied, with plenty of fresh options to choose from. The location is also perfect — just 30 meters from the metro station, making it super easy to get anywhere in Paris. A wonderful hotel that we will definitely choose again on our next visit!

I think location was my the only thing I enjoyed. And the morning receptionist apologized for the inconvenience I faced with the night staff so I’ll just leave it there.
The parking garage first of all was not easy to reach. Secondly I had to get stuck between 2 gates where I couldn’t reach the keypad for the code again around 10pm and receptionist was not answering the phone for about 45 minutes that I had to call the police and only then was the receptionist able to come let me out from where I was stuck in the underground parking. Overall I travelled to Paris for an event. I couldn’t go again because I got stuck underground and the event started before me. And to make matters worse I could not move my car the whole night. I traveled all the way for an event and my hotel deprived me from going? How is that possible in 2025

Pillow n bed was good
Construction noise on multiple floors that started at 8am also we had an email saying we had breakfast.

Hoche station right down at the corner.
I would not recommend it, especially for families. The location feels unsafe, and we never felt comfortable walking around with our children. The rooms are extremely small. I booked a family room for 4 well in advance, but upon arrival we were told (without any prior notice) that due to “refurbishments” they had split us into two separate rooms. This meant my wife had to stay with one of our kids in one room, and I had to stay with the other in another room — completely ruining the family experience.
On top of that, the TV in one of the rooms didn’t work because the batteries in the remote were dead, and the staff had no solution or replacement for us.
The only positive was the breakfast — it was overall good with a decent selection, but be aware that you need to boil your own eggs, which might be inconvenient for some guests.
Overall, an unsafe area, misleading booking, tiny rooms, and poor service. Definitely not family-friendly

Friendly, helpful staff
Bed comfortable and clean
Good shower
Air conditioning
Filthy carpets in bedroom - had to keep shoes on!
rough patch where bath had been mended.
Bedside light not working
Lack of space on right hand side of bed - made more challenging with protruding wall light low down on wall.

It is clean and the staff is pleasant. Easy to find the hotel and easy park if you drive. Next to the subway station if you transit.
Uncomfortable beds. The standard overall is lower than medium.

The staff were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was good. The location was very convenient.
Breakfast is supposed to be until 10.00. I went down at 09.00 and there was not much left. On my first morning when I returned from breakfast I had housekeeping AND engineers in my room at the same time. Housekeeping returned again about an hour later - too much disturbance, it did not feel like I had privacy. The air conditioning did not work well - my room never went below 23C. The toilet seemed a bit blocked and the water in the bath drained very slowly. It just felt like the place needed some work.

Comfy rooms, has complementary coffee and tea. Lots of room for luggage, bag and coat storage. Very clean and quiet. Very close to the metro.
The area surrounding was a bit rough, I wouldn't go out alone as a female. And travelling into the middle of Paris each day did become a bit laborious being 50 minutes to get to the Eiffel Tower.

neighborhood a bit rough

Breakfast is scarcer. The location is further away from major attractions, but the metro station is right next to the hotel. Next to the hotel, there are also a couple of small restaurants and two excellent bakeries with baguettes and croissants. There is also a large market right next to the restaurant. The environment in which the hotel is located is more problematic and not suitable for night walks.

The staff, room , breakfast, and metro is just a few meters away
Eiffel tower gonna be an hour journey from the location as u have to board two different metro..other than that nothing to dislike

Close to metro, very handy, and food places close by too
Only thing was just carpet was old and some stains but not big deal
7.0 / 10.0
The location was really good, it was close to a station and only 15 minutes or so on the metro from the centre. There are some bakeries very nearby and a McDonalds around the corner if you need a snack. We didn't eat breakfast at the place but it was available. The staff were friendly and supportive and willing to help us in English. Everything worked well and some tea and coffee is provided in the room, plus a coffee vending machine in reception.
The room was not very soundproof, I don't know whether it was the door into the corridor, or the wall but some people were being loud in the middle of the night talking and laughing and it was impossible to sleep through it! An additional pillow would be appreciated as only one was provided per person.

The brakfast was rich and good. The room small, but we knew it, in Paris is like this. We could have enjoyed 2 chairs in the room instead of one. The metro is 50 meters from the hotel - it is easy to go to the city.
There was no toiletbrush... And -as I red in other comments- it is not only in our room...

When I booked the hotel room for my husband and I, I read many reviews that the rooms were cool and the windows were blowing. Unfortunately there were no rooms with one big bed so I booked a room with two separate beds. When booking I wrote a letter to the hotel with my requests. I asked for a heater in the room and for the beds to be moved.
When we checked in all my requests were fulfilled, there were two heaters in the room and the beds were moved. We were very pleased with this, it is very nice when the hotel tries to satisfy the request of the visitor when checking in. So I will note that the staff in this hotel is caring. The bathroom is clean. I also liked the presence of extra pillows. Free wi-fi. Nice cleaning staff. There are lots of stores and cafes near the hotel. And also the subway is one minute walk.
There is no toilet brush. It is not very comfortable, because we are all people and go to the toilet.
I had an uncomfortable mattress, the spring was pressing in my back and I had to sleep in the middle of the bed.
The room smelled of dust from the carpet, all 5 nights I fell asleep with this thought.
The cab drivers laugh that the hotel is in the ghetto.

It was close to the metro station and pretty close to center
We generally like that it’s a hotel and thay clean. There area was not too bad. There is a big supermarket and the metro station is 5 meters away. It was clean and the stuff was polite.
6.0 / 10.0
Near Metro station, not too far from Gare du Nord
Not in a very pleasant area especially at night. I needed an extra pillow but the hotel was unwilling or unable to provide one. Bathroom flooded every time we used the shower as the shower door’s seal along the bath’s edge didn’t work.

Location was good. Room was clean and value for money
Somebody tried to open my door at 1am! Even if it was double locked, the persons were able to open it! I called the front desk to complain but all he said was sorry and there was a problem with the key. Not very safe if you ask me. There must have been a mistake made

Cleanliness, Service Staff, Proximity to the Metro and Grocery Shopping.
The locality is a bit shady at night.. A large number of very loud and cacophonous youngsters trying to sell cigarettes or some stuff when walking from Metro Station to the hotel.

Clean comfortable and quiet room although small, as is customary everywhere in France. There are small pillows, extra ones are available. There is no wardrobe, only an open hanger, no space for large luggage. Friendly staff, fast work. Breakfast is sufficient, you can make freshly squeezed juice. Nice canal nearby.
Everything is good
