Lovely staff, hotel could do with an upgrade

Very nice staff and good breakfast

A bit old and falling apart also there was something on the window like it had been taped shut for painting

Nice place and great staff.

It was a very clean but small room, breakfast 🥣 was okay the staff was attentive of things and replace empty food. Nice place to stay.

We would come again.

It is in walking distance to the Philharmonie de Paris, which is great and the reason why we booked it. The metro station Hoche is also in walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially the young lady who checked us in. Breakfast is standard. It was quiet at night.

We had a standard room which looks like on the photos. It could need a renovation. The bathroom is too dark. Needs better lighting. Not cheap for a night.

Amazing ground floor with amazing personnel - rooms upstairs need upgrade

Amazing staff. Welcoming, ready to help, friendly. The common area (reception, lounge, bar, breakfast space) looks good. The design, colors, atmosphere make you feel good.

There’s a radical mismatch between the common area and the room’s design. The room’s furniture is old and basic. It feels like it doesn’t belong to the same hotel.

Excellent room, clean sheets and towels, good value for money.

Even though the exterior of the hotel looked rough, we were pleasantly surprised with the lobby and the room. everything was clean and as advertised on pictures. Towels and toilet paper were regularly replaced, and clean sheets were always waiting for us when we come back to the room. Staff was willing to help and give us tips about the city, even though their level of english could use some improvement.
