Credit card was cloned at this hotel during check-in.

The efficiency: my card details were taken so thoroughly that fraud appeared two days after checkout and the ‘guarantee’ process—apparently it guarantees your card gets cloned.

The receptionist demanded my card physically as a “guarantee” and said he could not proceed otherwise. Instead of doing a normal pre-authorization/hold through the POS terminal, he wrote down/typed my full card details, including the CVV security code, "into the system", which now I know that it most probably was just Windows Notepad. Two days after checkout, I received a fraudulent charge from Africa for around USD 1,100. I had to block my card and request a replacement while traveling—maximum stress and inconvenience. There is no doubt in my case: the only place my card could have been compromised was this check-in. I cannot recall the last time I had to physically provide my card to someone for this kind of purpose; it must have been many years ago. Avoid this property unless and until they fix their procedures, retrain staff, and enforce proper payment-security controls. I already notified Accor about this through their website's contact form.

Very decent hotel, if you can book at a reasonable price.

The place is clean, new and quiet. Excellent buffet breakfast downstairs included in the price.

Impossible to book without breakfast included. No kettle, only two paper cups. New mattress so protected by plastic. Volatile pricing.

Prisvärt hotell med bra läge.

Frukosten får klart godkänt. Fanns det mesta som man kan önska sig . Rummen är bra och tillräckligt rymliga. I området finns små matställen om man vill ha nåt enkelt. Nära till metro nr 5 Hoche som tar dig vidare i staden. Hotell har en låst grind som du måste passera. Den öppnar du med ditt rumskort vilket är smart

Området som hotellet ligger på är kanske inte det bästa. Men det var ingen otrygg miljö.Hotellet är lite lurigt att hitta eftersom det är två hotell som har samma grind ingång

Schönes Hotel mit freundlicher Reception aber mit Verbesserungspotenzial⁰

Das Zimmer - Suite ist ein zu grosses Wort dafür - war angenehm geräumig. Kaffeemachine, Tee und Minibar mit einigen wenigen Getränken gtatis zur Verfügung in der Zimmerkategorie. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Die Deko des Hauses und des Restaurants sprach mich an. Das Bett war top! Also insgesamt viel Gutes

Etwas Milch oder Milchpulver im Zimmer hätte ich geschätzt zum Kaffee. Das Zimmer ging vergessen zu putzen. Das kann mal passieren. Aber vor allem beim Frühstück ist Verbesserungsbedarf: einmal etwas später runter, fand ich keinen einzigen sauberen Tisch. Eine der Kaffeemaschinen hatte keine Milch mehr. Saft war ausgegangen. Brot war auch nur teilweise vorhanden. Es hat zwar Putzpersonal, das etwas unkoordiniert unterwegs ist und meist erst beim Abräumen wirkt.die sauberen Teller waren nicht wirklich sauber. Niemand schaut zum Rechten und das war alle drei Tage so! Dass es Kaffeemaschinen gibt, ist ja gut. Aber der Kaffee ist nicht wirklich gut, der da rauskommt. Allenfalls genügend. Da ist sehr viel Verbesserungsbedarf im Frühstücksraum!

Deception pour un ibis style

Le personnel était agréable , le calme dans la chambre, la salle de bain et la décoration.

Le déjeuner ! Une catastrophe ... Il a fallu attendre 1 heure pour voir arriver les couteaux, plus de tasses, plus de pains, les tables sales, les gens qui râlent à juste titre et la pauvre responsable du déjeuner qui était seule pour gérer tout ça ! De plus, j'ai connu mieux comme déjeuner pour un ibis styles ( pas très garni ni varié). Les oreillers sont trop gros et trop dures mais ceci n'est qu'une appréciation personnelle bien sûr.

Petit déjeuner moyen mais ok : viennoiseries (croissant ou pain choc), céréales, pains différents, fruits, 1 fromage, 1 charcuterie (rosette), fruits secs, bon chocolat chaud, plusieurs thés (6 de mémoire), jus de fruits orange ou pomme (bon), œufs brouillés mais pas saucisses ni bacon ni sauces Hôtel proche métro (3 mn à pieds), 30 mn pour atteindre centre Paris avec 1 changement. Du personnel RATP à métro Hoche pour faciliter achat billet ou forfait métro.

Le rideau douche (salle de douche inondée) Serviettes changées systématiquement alors que pas réclamé Que gobelets en carton pour boire ou sdb Un pan de mur non revêtu (béton avec retouche trou), à finir dans 2 chambres Mobilier plutôt minimaliste : Manquerait un meuble tv bureau pour poser ses affaires, une deuxième chaise serait bien, Pas de porte valises laissées donc par terre pendant 3 jours…

Zeer goed hotel net buiten de périf'

Zeer net en comfortabel hotel, net buiten de périphérique. Op een paar 100m, waardoor je snel de stad in kan. Lekker ontbijt. Ruime douche. Goede bedden. Zeer rustig (niets van lawaai).

We hadden 2 aparte bedden gevraagd en kreeg toch 1 dubbel bed (dat we wel uit elkaar konden schuiven, maar wel maar 1 deken). Beetje jammer, maar doet niets af aan de goede ervaring die we in dit hotel hadden.

Un établissement bien situé a l’accessibilité facile. Une décoration de goût, la chambre avec terrasse donne une belle vue sur les hauteurs parisiennes. Les espaces extérieurs font oublier qu’on est à Paris. Le personnel est très accueillant, disponible, très serviable et souriant.

La gentillesse et attention de l'accueil et du personnel. Jolies chambres et pour une fois à Paris, pas trop petites ! Hôtel tout neuf aux portes de Paris, proche d'un écrin de verdure et de culture : le Parc de la Villette 75019

Ne s'applique pas ! Peut-être juste d'aller à pied le soir du métro à l'hôtel... Un peu désert et sombre, mais pas de souci vérifié !

Das Hotel habe ich das erste Mal gebucht und bin super zufrieden. Ich wurde sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Die Anreise war unkompliziert. Sehr gut mit Metro zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war gut und sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vor allem der Kaffee. Sehr freundliches Personal, egal ob am Empfang oder Service.

Heel propere en mooie kamers,heel vriendelijk personeel, mooi verzorgd ontbijt. Prijs kwaliteit zeker in orde en heel dicht bij metro gelegen. Ideaal voor uitstappen naar centrum of concert stade de france . Wij komen nog terug !
