The room size was a genuine positive — generous by Parisian standards — and the air conditioning functioned well. The bed was comfortable enough. it is relatively close to the metro. Most importantly, it is close to the Hermes factory.

The surrounding neighborhood felt unsafe, and the reception area did little to dispel that impression, carrying the atmosphere of a permanent housing facility rather than a functioning hotel. The property visibly needs investment — either a thorough deep clean, meaningful renovation, or both. Most critically, there was no functional key card system for the entirety of the stay. Access to our own room required the manager to manually open the door each time, with the repeated assurance that it was "being arranged" growing less convincing by the day. This is not a minor inconvenience — it is a fundamental failure of basic hospitality. To make matters worse, on checkout morning the manager knocked on our door thirty minutes before our scheduled departure and proceeded to physically remove our luggage from the room. That level of presumption is frankly unacceptable. Wi-Fi was non-functional; a personal hotspot was the only workable alternative.

The area is pleasant, the RER is just at 100m, the same for the metro. Many supermarkets all around. The rooms are quired, no noise.

The amenities tho were good and cleanliness was very good.

Very disappointed with not having a security card for door, it appears that they were having issues with software. We needed a person from reception to open the door each time to get into the room, one time waited 35 minutes before someone came.

No card to the room! No proper breakfast!! No meat in breakfast! No card to the room!! Broken toilet! Broken shower!!

The room was nice and clean and the staff was really friendly. There was a kitchen so we can prepared food easily.

Unfortunately the bath tub wasn't working,but the bathroom at all was good

The little kitchen thats provided. The towels and a working TV. In england you wouldnt get that if you paid £25 each a night. A good location for anyone exploring Paris on a budget. 11 minuite walk from an underground and takes you 20 mins to get to the centre.

The beds were a little uncomfortable with a dip in the mattress.

The hotel offers nice studio flats that are equipped with a kitchenette and air conditioning. My studio was fairly clean. The hotel is 10 minutes away from a convenient metro station, from which you can quickly get anywhere in the centre. There is also a nice park nearby. The area might seem a but rough but it was safe for me to go around.

The staff was not the most adaptive. I booked a room with breakfast included and asked if I could have a lactose-free one because of my intolerance. In the messages I exchanged, I understood that I had the possibility to agree on this once I arrived at the hotel (see screenshot). However, when I got there the receptionist told me that the breakfast item could not be changed for any reasons - they call it a continental breakfast, in fact it was just a yoghurt with bread, jam a small brioche, and a coffee. I asked if I could simply have more bread and jam instead of the other items, or have the booking changed to one that did not include breakfast, but she said this was not possible either. In the end I had to pay the full amount for a breakfast that I was mostly intolerant to, and which was anyway far too expensive for what it included - better if you just eat at a café. They never came to pick up the breakfast tray nor to clean the room or change the towels in three days. There was a sign in the room saying that any kitchen item left unwashed would result in a 40+ Euro fine, which is honestly ridiculous. Also, the hotel asks for a 150 Euro deposit in case of damage - which I was not informed of and is the highest I was ever asked in Europe-; this was supposed to be returned in 7 to 10 days, but it took a month. Another receptionist was also kind of rude with another guest in front of me. All in all, it would be a nice hotel if the management and the staff offered a better service and paid just a tad of attention more to the guests.
