the staff are genuinely very good, polite, helpful, and welcoming, which does make a difference during my stay to be honest
The internet connection is very poor and unreliable, which can be a serious inconvenience, especially if you need to work or plan your days online. The lack of an elevator makes moving luggage or strollers extremely difficult, particularly after a long day out.
Location is another major drawback. Despite being marketed as a Paris hotel, it is actually located in Pantin, which is quite far from the city center. While it is close to Hoche metro station, reaching the heart of Paris requires long metro rides, adding a lot of daily travel time and fatigue.
