Not so far from thee metro , around 10 min walk There are multiple restaurants and bakeries in the nearby and a very close supermarket

Location and Proximity to Attractions The hotel is not situated close to Paris’s major tourist attractions. Reaching popular sites typically requires a minimum 30-minute journey by metro or car.

Great Aparthotel. Staff needs improvement

The location is great — only 20–30 minutes from the main attractions, very close to a tram stop, and there’s a Franprix supermarket just a couple of minutes away. You can also recharge your metro card nearby, which is convenient.

However, the staff experience was disappointing. Except for one staff member named Mara, who was kind and helpful, the rest were quite rude and showed no courtesy or professionalism. Upon check-in, I was asked to wait until 3 p.m., but even then, I was told to wait another 15–30 minutes. After a long flight, that was not a pleasant experience, and there was no one to help with luggage either. If you’re planning to stay here, note that housekeeping is done only once a week — that is also only for stays of 8 nights or longer. Otherwise you have to pay for it. Since this is an aparthotel, I expected at least twice-a-week cleaning. Overall, the apartment itself is excellent — well-equipped with everything you need, from kitchen utensils to daily essentials. The facilities are great, but the staff attitude (except for Mara) really needs improvement.”

The actual rooms were not what was seen on booking.com. Receptionist was not much of assistance. No daily cleaning of rooms. No hot water on the 2nd day.

Spacious & clean rooms, great price for Paris

Well connected, and despite next to a big autobahn perfectly insulated. The rooms are very spacious and superbly clean. Staff is friendly.

I didn’t know about the city taxes at the time of booking, this could be made more transparent (maybe it was me…). And we had an early morning fire alarm on Sunday 6:30am, and little info what caused it (all was fine).

Easy access to public transport. Facilities inside the room are good.

Main door won't open unless you have a access card. It's funny that you cannot enter to checkin unless another guest open the door. As a tourist, I expected some warm welcome and good parking guidance from receptionist. Toilets are clean, but doors and handles!

Will be hard to stay anywhere else for the same value

Really nice staff, managed to get an early check in but otherwise would have kept our bags in the luggage room so we could tour the city. Room was clean and kitchen equipment was useful to make breakfast or even dinner etc. 20 minute journey to Gare Du Nord by Metro 5 from Porte De Pantin (which is about 5-8 minutes walk depending on how long your legs are). Well connected to other routes to get into the city & also they have access to underground parking in a building nearby (charge a fee)

The windows don’t open due to the highway but the air conditioning definitely works well & I’ve been going here for approximately 10 years on an annual and never had an issue.

Ideal location and lovely room

We were visiting La Maroquinerie and this location was ideal. Plenty of food establishments and shops nearby. The room was wonderful with a kitchen area too.

The coffee/tea machine didn't work. The TV had only news channels available in English, no English subtitles available either

Was a good place to stay, but the parking is an issue

The room and the kitchen were great, we loved our stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the small coffee machine was good too.

it was not clear we have to pay 25 EUR per day for the parking, at the website we searched only hotels with parking and I assumed it wrong the price includes the parking too. Ususally the description has details of the parking fee if there any.

A comfortable stay in Paris, the staff were very responsive.

I liked the location, even though you aren’t in the middle of Paris is still very quick to Gare De Nord and most attractions. The staff were lovely and helped in any way they could.

The accommodation provided a satisfactory stay at a reasonable price. It fulfilled our requirements for a coupe, offering ample transportation options and proximity to dining establishments. All in All very good.

It is challenging to pinpoint the ideal location, but if you prioritise being centrally situated and conveniently close to all attractions, this may not be the most suitable option. However, it is worth noting that you can conveniently reach most major attractions within a 30-40 minutes on the Metro.

Good beds, clean and quiet. Metro is just a 5 minutes walk...

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is not in the center, but only 5 minutes to get to the Metro. Supermarket is very close. Parking under the hotel and easy reachable by car. Metro 5 and 9 brings you to the center. The 19th is not the nicest part of Paris, but never felt unsafe (neither during the evenings).

Sticked to the 15:00 check-in time which was a bit more flexible in the past. Not a big deal, but a bit of flexibility is always appreciated.

Big room size with a kitchen. Big toilet. Comfy beds. Quiet room with exceptional soundproofing. Quiet air conditioning. Supermarket next door. Very good value for money. Room is dark at night. Receptionist helped to booked a taxi to the airport for 7am.

Curtains did not fully block the early morning sunlight due to gaps at the top. 2 single beds joined together instead of a double bed. Soap and Shampoo ran out on the first night of stay which caused an inconvenience of going down to the reception to replace it. No daily housekeeping. Shower head is leaky and is about to be broken. Bathtub needs a handrail installed to make it easier to get up from the bathtub.
