Positives were the coffee and orange juice. The meat for breakfast was nice. And I liked that they had oat milk. Croissants were tasty and they had a range of spreads, e.g chocolate. The fact that there were USB ports in the bedroom was good. The bed was comfy also, however wasn’t what I requested
Extremely loud in the morning from cleaners. Banging for hours, and you can hear other rooms. Breakfast wasnt great. Disappointed there was no fresh fruit option. I wouldn’t book again for breakfast. No hot water or tea making facilities in the room. Didn’t even have glasses in the rooms, if you wanted hot water you had to go to reception and then it was hard to get it to your room without burning yourself cos the handles were tiny. I had something I needed to keep cold and was give a tiny cup which barely did anything. The shower flooded the bathroom, making it slippy. No shower curtain, just what appeared to be a disabled shower because it had a seat. Not sure why I’d been given this room when I’d booked a double. Mine was a triple room, but I didn’t request this. The area was okay, cheap which is why I booked but if you stay here be prepared for basic. Would recommend not being out alone after dark as a female as it isn’t the safest. No decent size bins in the room just a tiny one in the bathroom. Also there wasn’t great security for the hotel you could just walk in. There should be somewhere you can identify yourself. Shower took ages to get warm and when it did was scalding hot, adjustments didn’t seem to work very well.

The breakfast was ok and the location is a few minutes from the metro. Also, the RER station for Disneyland is close by. Only one transfer and you're there in no time. It is very quiet at night.

The helpful staff, connections to metro stations, access to local activities like the swimming pool across the road and the multi sports complex 3 mins walk away.
No kettle in the room. Slightly annoying that I have to go to reception every time I want hot water.

Location good next to metro
It stank of cigarettes, the bathroom was dirty and when we attempted to contact them after for a refund we were ignored. Very expensive for the limited facilities and ultimately made us very uncomfortable.

Proximity to the station and amenities
The room was very dark and the air conditioning was broken, with no windows. Not comfortable with the kids.

The location was good, the hotel was very clean and had comfortable rooms
Night staff was friendly & tried to be helpful
Booked last min due to another hotel over booking.
Very basic & inconvenient amenities, only food was vending machines, some only took change, some card (hardly worked)
day staff were rude
water fountain available but no cups
breakfast was abysmal!
Needed 3 nights could only get 2 when arriving but were eventually able to extend our stay by 1 night, price advertised in hotel €95, charged €150, attempted to get a coffee & snack for breakfast but wasnt included even though over charged. Payment of €15 each required but only food was few slices of bread, meat and a few pieces of diced fruit in syrup.
no cups/glasses for coffee or juice
Charged for each suitcase/bag after check out

Good location within a few minutes walk of Pantin train station, 35 minutes to Paris.
Building was old, a bit dirty, and overpriced for a hotel in this state. Parking was available but needed a code to leave, which was irritating.

Near Mac Donald’s , the room is much bigger than other ibis I’ve been through. Sorroundings feel safe, near to bakery and Japanese resto, they have vendo machine for drinks hot or cold, metro is walkable for about 5 to 7 mins, near a convenience store that offers freshly baked goods and freshly squeezed orange juice.
Our room toilet shower is broken , some water squirts upward, the other room we rented they say sink a little bit clogged.

We stayed in a family room for 4 of us and the big bed was surprisingly comfortable for me. The private bathroom was OK with a nice shower and heated mirror with good lighting to do my make up. It was clean and a cleaner came every day to make beds and give clean towels. Small but space used well. Not 1 English channel on TV but that's expected so if you have children perhaps get some downloads on Netflix before you come. Staff very friendly and helpful. Basic IBIS so don't expect much but its a good base to stay for a good price. Centre of Paris is a long walk following the canal but the walk is nice - follow signs for La Villette to walk the right way to Paris centre. Also Eau Canal restaurant across the road is very nice and has an English menu if you ask for it they are very welcoming. I notice some people left reviews saying its a bad area - but I would say there's definitely worse areas in England and we felt safe staying there with our children many people smiling at my 2 year old. My tip of the day is from Gare du Nord go down stairs to Metro 5 and get off at Hoche (dont get off at Porte de Pantin its further away) from Hoche You're 5 minutes away from the hotel.
Didn't dislike anything except for staying in a room with 2 children was a bit chaotic as you get no peace :) and maybe a kettle would have been helpful but not the end of the world as you can make a drink downstairs.

Nice safe area, close to RER station. They baked bread and croissants for breakfast, made room every day. Good value for money. Beds were comfortable

Location. Close to train and underground so it is easy and convenient to go to the center. Close to some shops an restaurants. Own parking. As expected from budget hotel where you stay just to sleep. Decent breakfast.
Breakfast was quite messy. Lots of people while table arrangement is not optimal. So everyone was hunting a spot to have a seat. As a family of 4 we have been lucky to sit together. Not all families were as lucky.

The friendly staff...the lady who made our check-in was fabulous. After finishing the paperwork she took the time to explain to us the best way to get to central Paris and gave us an App that I'm gonna keep forever on my cellphone because it shows all the transportation and schedules, distance, prices of tickets, etc. She also was so sweet with my girl!!! The hotel is an awesome place to stay if you are on a budget and has an excellent connection to Paris. The RER is 150mt from the hotel and the metro 600mt. The neighborhood is quiet with a lot of little bistros and coffee shops, bakeries to die for, and even a McDonald's for a late meal ( closes at midnight). Definitely staying again on my next trip in July. Thanks to the stuff.
We like everything!!
