Room was clean. Very important for us.
Room was also a good size.
TV worked.
Heating was fine.
Bed was very comfortable and good size.
Handy for the Metro. Thanks to RATP, the price of a Metro ticket to the hotel was no more than it would be to a hotel in the City Centre.
Good value for money as most other hotels I looked at were around twice the price.
Breakfast was good.
No kettle or tea and coffee making facilities. Maybe this is normal in France, but it is normal in Britain to at least have a kettle.
Bath was slippery and my wife slipped and fell. Maybe the anti-slip spots in the bath need renewal?

It’s close to the metro, making it very good for getting around the city. There was a black lady who was at the front desk, she was very friendly and helpful.
The rooms were as if we were in a motel (6th floor) the bathroom was very dated, with shower curtains, the walls had a lot of stains and overall just looked like a shabby hotel

I liked the space and the cleanliness of the room, they also cleaned the room everyday, fresh bedding, towels and toilet paper. Bins emptied. The cleaning ladies were very friendly and the facilities good. Bonus that the metro was right outside and many food places to eat cheaply in Paris.
The view from the window was not good, apart from the buildings there was litter on the roof from past customers I presume as it was a rooftop. This was not a problem as we kept the blinds down. The decoration a bit outdated but again we only stayed to sleep.

Smell. There was a terrible smell in the room. And furniture old.

Location in front of the metro station
Dirty/stained sheets and duvets, floor with old carpet that felt filthy, same for the shower curtains… Bathroom walls stained, rusty screws coming out of the floor and bathroom door.
Very little space to put luggage, air conditioning barely sufficient (luckily the weather wasn’t too hot).
The water in the shower would radically change temperature in the middle of the shower, from scorching to freezing. If that was awful to us adults, you can imagine how fun it was to shower our toddler.
Room card stopped working everyday when we got back, so we had to go back downstairs to get it fixed (while managing the temper of our already exhausted toddler, when all you want is just to get back to your room).
Very thin walls, so we were concerned we’d be disturbing our guests when our toddler cried.
Also how can a hotel the size of ibis not have at least a mini fridge in the room?!?!
Would not recommend… dirty and depressing if you’re alone or in a couple, awful if you have a kid.

Location to metro and buses.
It was a warm night and the air-conditioning was not on because they said it was in-between seasons. Too warm to sleep, so we opened the wondow but so too loud to sleep.
Shower water temperature would go cold to very hot on cycles.

The room was not that spaces, but it was fine for our family of 4 with two grown up sons. The bed was very comfortable, even the sofa bed was big enough. The metro station is just outside the hotel.

We spent 5 nights in this hotel, well located, close to the metro station. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
We had a quite and spacious room with 2 large beds, perfect for 2 adults and 2 children.
The quality/price ratio is unbeatable.
One of the two elevators was not in service for 2-3 days.

The room had air conditioning which was great because we had one extremely hot day while in Paris. The wifi worked well.
We had to get new keycards to our rooms every single day of our stay: a total nuisance when you get back from a day out and just want to crash for a bit.

Location - Close to Metro station and eateries(kebab shops, bakeries etc.,)
Staff - very friendly
Room was pretty small and the sofa cum bed was not comfortable (it had a broken wooden ribs)
But manageable for a short stay!!!

location and car park near by
As a family of 5 having to book separate rooms is expensive and although they were on the same floor they were not next to each other. Having interconnecting rooms would have been preferable.

The price was good and the location is excellent.
Friendlier staff would have been nice. Making you actually feel welcome.... When we arrived (late in the evening) it seemed as if we had already checked in (the man of the staff told us) and then it was confusing. Talking among each other in French and eventually we got a room. This was a rather poor customer experience and interaction.
The bathroom was in poor state (stains on the walls). A bucket with cleaning fluid had been left in the bathroom. Even after cleaning the next day it had not been taken away.... The mattresses of beds were rather comfortable but the beds themselves look rather cheap. A hotel where you sleep only and don't really want to spend more time than needed in the room nor in the lobby area.

I liked the fact it was on top of the metro - 5m to the metro entry.
It was close to the Porte de Pantin metro station, which has a nice park, and other shops.
It had a decent size room, with comfy beds.
Nearby you can get some food options at a decent price.
I wouldn't say I liked that the room was oriented to a factory, or that the noise was continuous overnight. Also, the breakfast was kind of boring, without any new updates in all the days we stayed there, and also it didn't include any vegetables. The room although it was spacious, has outdated furniture and is yelling for a quick renovation (dirty walls, dirty air vent).
Regarding the parking, you can get parking nearby for 8EUR/day, but that one will work only with coins, as it will not accept any cards or paper money.
If you're in a rush please get 5 min advance as even if the property has 2 elevators you will be lucky to find at least one working, or getting there in time.
I would say it is a bit overpriced for what you will get back.

Clean, near the metro station
On their description it says there is a car park nearby, that's why we booked this Hotel actually.
But the nearby carpark is not in use and the receptionist doesn't even know about it. It's Underground with no lights at all which means complete darkness with some homeless people sleeping in it. We came with kids, who would leave a car in a complete darkness and get out of the car with kids, very dodgy. Definitely not Ibis standard. The car park should not be mentioned in the description, I would have not booked otherwise. To find a space on the street is near to impossible

Friendly staff in the reception. And nice to play "babyfoot" in the lobby. It was very handy to have the hotel right next to the metro.
the door did not shut properly and two days when we returned to the room, was our door left open by the cleaning lady. Also the floor ind the cafeteria and tables and chairs were very sticky and not clean.
