This was a cute, cozy, quiet room with a private bathroom within a larger home. The hosts were absolutely lovely. It's on a beautiful residential street near a commercial area, the canal with some nice restaurants and cafes, and about a 7 minute walk from the metro. Access to CDG was quick, both by metro and by taxi/Uber. The apartment had a dedicated workstation, a comfortable bed, a tea kettle, coffee maker, hot plate and fridge, complimentary robes and slippers, a clean bathroom with hot shower, and a beautiful terrace. Wifi worked perfectly. Check-in and check-out were flexible. Breakfast was available for an extra cost.

There isn’t anything I don’t like about the property, everyone is really lovely, very helpful, very welcoming, the room is very spacious and the balcony is my favourite!

Absolutely fabulous breakfast - fresh orange juice and croissants, mmmm.... Also I enjoyed the view from the terrace and the evening sun, and all the little details in the room that showed how dedicated and experienced our hosts were. Everything is as described or better. And very clean, as other travellers have already pointed out. We got help with the luggage and with the forgotten key, and every question was answered. The location is near the M5 metro line, so it was convenient to travel to the Paris city centre and to the train stations. Within walking distance is a highly rated restaurant "Bobine", where you can get a tasty meal much cheaper and faster than in the centre.
It was raining on our departure day, which is normal at the beginning of March. And there were really few tourists, which is probably also normal for this time of the year. So it evens out.
