Nice room, good deco. Good value-for-money, despite the fact I booked it last minute.

Wifi connection was bad, cannot enjoy steaming at all in the room. The Staff at check-in was not the friendliest; the staff upon check-out was nice though even assisted with the parking problem. Parking was another problem, the entrance was opposite the street in another direction so we had to park in front of the hotel, which is a very street by the way, pick up the entry card then turn around. The parking management, Q-Park, was terrible too, not the fault of the Hotel though.

No elevator and hot water was very slow Shower design is terrible that water is everywhere no matter how careful you are..

I normally don’t write review but there was nothing to like about this property

First of the guy at the reception was rude and not welcoming and then when my mother and I went to our room as soon as we opened the door, there was a strong scent of mold and strong chemicals that were probably used to hide the scent of mold and my mother and I are both allergic to mold and we are sensitive to strong chemicals, especially due to my surgery for my nose that I had just got two weeks before coming to this hotel and then the sheets and pillows had stains on them the shower floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned ever the curtains were dirty and full of dust. So I went down to the reception to ask if there was a possibility to have a different room that didn’t have stains or this really strong scent and he said that all the rooms smell like that to just open the window for five minutes and when I showed him the stains on the pillow and sheets, all he had to say was that that’s not the sheet that’s just the cover for the bed and that the pillow wasn’t stained and it’s clean. He came up to our room so I could show him everything and all he could say was I’ll get you one new pillowcase and to leave the window open for five minutes and the smell will go away so I left the window open for more than five minutes, and the smell did not go away. So we went downstairs we checked out and I booked a hotel that was €20 cheaper and was super nice not only were the staff friendly but the room was super clean and three times bigger. It did not have a bad smell and the sheets were all clean and not yellow and stained, so my advice for booking this hotel Do Not there are way way better hotels and if anything this hotel should be shut down not only for how rude the staff is and how disgusting the room is but for how much they charge you for this hotel, I could understand getting this treatment if my hotel cost me €50 a night but for €172 this should be illegal. If you’re looking at this hotel, please run and avoid it at all costs.

Would have liked to see some fresh French bread at the breakfast and some plain croissants. Room was lovely

Very nice and clean room. Bed is very comfortable, good breakfast. 30 m from metro station.

The room was perfect as travelling with teenage daughter. She had her own space. Only one English speaking channel and couldn’t connect Netflix or anything like that. All in all was really good.

Had an evening meal too expensive for meal / food served. Waiter was pleasant
