Only location was good everything else about hotel was not.. no air conditioning. Took 20 euros deposit for iron but never returned.. had to leave hotel in the middle of our trip to move into different on

Front office team are polite and really helpful and cooperative.

1- Cleanness is disaster. 2- 30 years Old furniture , OMG 3- A/C not working in the entire hotel 4- Phones are out of orders , no way to get in touch with reception unless you personally visit the reception. 5- Too Poor breakfast buffet .

The room was clean and staff was friendly. Metrostation was walking distance. And a lot of supermarkets and restaurants in the neighborhood.

The airconditioning was not working and we didn’t get a real solution. They just offered us unlimited icecubes. But what are icecubes going to do? We wanted to sleep so icecubes won’t help with that

Location

Was given a room that was either dirty or had someone staying in it. No air conditioning throughout the hotel or in the rooms! Was very hot and uncomfortable. The bath plug would not hold water in the bath, the shower head rail kept falling down so you had to hold the shower..

The only good thing was that the hotel was very close to a metro station, which gave us easy access to the city without being too busy.

The hotel should be downgraded to at least 2 stars. It was nowhere near a four star experience. The cleanliness was so poor in the hotel. The room had rubbish left over from the last guest. The bedsheets had staines. The towels had staines on them, too. House keeping were not good as they would take towels and not replace them with clean ones. We had 2 nights without towels. The phone line didn't work and was kept engaged, so we could not even reach the reception. The AC was not working in the whole hotel, and reception staff were saying that they are not allowed to turn on the AC since we are in winter time, but this is now May. The staff were not accommodating when asked for an iron. There was an African decent lady who was not willing to offer the iron to us even though we were trying to offer them GBP as a deposit and then an Asian looking man and lady convinced her that I would return the iron. The hotel services, such as the restaurant, seem deserted and lack a good ambience. On the whole I would not recommend staying at this hotel because it seems to not be managed well or functioning well.

Hotel room was in need of renovation and attention to detail. Limescale in bathroom. Marks on walks, needing a good paint job. Cracked tiles in bathroom

The airco didnt work quitte wellicht but they gave is an otter room quickly, super!!

Very professional and pleasant people are working on the reception in this hotel. Also cleaning ladies were brilliant and super friendly.

This hotel is nowhere near 4* as you would expect. it’s very outdated and with tired interiors. The room was clean, but in urgent need of some renovation. First of all the air condition system is not working, so all night it was super hot and stuffy. The most uncomfortable beds you can imagine - pillows are hard like brick and very heavy hot duvets. In the bath tap is floppy, moves from the touch and you need to be super careful not to break it completely when taking shower. There is no basic toiletry apart from hand wash and shower gel. Even simple shower cap was not available in the room. How close is it to 4*?

Staff at reception rude and unhelpful, while you are paying they let other French speaking guests walk up and deal with them whilst they are meant to deal with you , keep you waiting for no reason , my key card for the Door didn’t work , I went back to reception and they changed it , it still didn’t work , the receptionist left me for ages then went up to my Door , he couldn’t get it working either but kept trying and kicking the door eventually it opened so he just walked away , no apologies or anything let’s hope it work’s tomorrow when I go for breakfast, literally one of the worst and rudest Hotels ever , avoid , you are treated like scum

it was dirty, used, partly broken, far too expensive for the price. It´s a tourist trap as nobody would come back there for that price/performance ratio and there are no excuses for this.

Parking, close to the metro, comfortable beds, pretty spacious room for Paris and really good coffee and croissants!

Thin walls, some psycho next to us had a lengthy conversation in the middle of the night, we even could hear a person that he was talking on the phone with. Staff at the restaurant is weather grumpy or rude, beter don’t ask them anything, they will make you apologize for your question. The heating is insane, no idea why it has to be that hot.
