Avoid if possible

Triple room had separate single bed and not bunk bed above double bed as most of the others.

Apart from 1, all staff was very unhelpful, especially night guy. There was a towel missing, we were 3 and got only 2, and we asked twice, nothing, had to wait in a long queue of people for over half an hour and despite asking many times as it should be a quick thing, but was rude and didn't do anything, so I gave up luckily had brought a small microfiber towel. Also room was dirty, toilet dirty, cigar ashes in the window etc. Location is dodgy and far from centre

Comfortable

For two nights it was decent and comfortable based on price. 15 mins walk to metro. Took two metro, 40-50 mins to reach Eiffel tower. 5 min walk to bus station for airport. Location was little off but we didn’t feel scared as we were two. Many halal food places opened late night. Hot shower, clean beddings and room both nights. Staff was ok too. So for our budget, it was comfortable

We were out for most of the day so only used the hotel at night.

Room was cleaned daily, given fresh towels on both days. Quiet location.

The area wasn’t friendly, took Ubers everywhere - especially at night. Reception staff not helpful, the vending machine took my money but didn’t work and they asked me to resolve myself. Only 2 pillows in our room, very uncomfortable and flat.

The A/C didn't cool enough, it was hot, we called the front desk several times and they indicated to us there's nothing they can do, really disappointed to spend a summer night without a decent cooling

Ok for one night

Staff was very friendly, comfortable bed, close to the metro.

As soon as you arrive in the parking by elevator, you feel a terrible smell of urine, so people are urinating inside the hotel and no one cleans it. Parking looks dirty. Neighborhood is also dirty.

It was clean, there was a breakfast option, it was quiet. There is a good pizza shop on the opposite side of the road. The shower was warm.

the vending machine was out of service, the staff was not very friendly. The location is quite far from the city center. The shower could not be hung up, it was handheld.

The first gentleman at the reception was very polite and helpful and the bed was quite comfortable

The staff on the late night time was rude and not helpfull, vending machine took money from us and was hardly nothing in there For snacks and drinks , breakfast was not very nice at all definitely not worth the money what so ever. We also found and had to kill a cockoroach in our bathroom wich was abit of putting . On one of the days we had no cleaner to offer us clean towels.

Not value for money and the staff at the reception could have been better and helpful.

On arrival just left us waiting no reason was given after 30 minutes was informed that due to internet issue they were unable to confirm our booking and asked us to comeback in 30 minutes or so. So ended up waiting in the street after very long drive. When we went back there was further delay but this time when I asked if I could park the car in side so we could wait in the dining area and it was agreed which was better than waiting on the street. Paid for breakfast which was absolutely wasted money as thee was hardly anything that was worth what we have paid for. Carpet in the corridor looked dirty and not inviting and there was no kettle or or any drink in the room.

Everything above could have been voided and on arrival the staff could have been friendly and helpful. Staff / manager was helpful and tried to resolve the issue when we went back after waiting on the street.

One of the cheaper places to stay. Doable to travel to the city centre. It’s in a more remote area, but the neighbourhood is actually really nice.

The hotel is organised for efficiency. Your treated as a product. Staff clearly don’t enjoy working for this company. The rooms feel hospital-like.
