I chose this hotel due to its proximity to Gare du Nord railway station. That part worked.
The area around the station is not the nicest. I felt safe but spent more time in my room rather than wander the local community. The lift to my room was almost comical. It was so small it only took one person and seemed more like a dumb waiter.
8.0 / 10.0
Very comfortable room, very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful at the front desk. Five minute walk from railway station. Although surrounding street could give some people concern I encountered no problem and walked down the street after midnight. Would recommend for a one night or short stay. Value for money.
Nothing.

Excellent personal service from Andeselam. He is an absolute credit to the Sure hotel and an asset to them.
Lift was too small for luggage.

Clean Room on the courtyard so normally quiet. Nice bed.
Unfortunately I only realized at night time that the toilet water was leaking insidiously so it triggered the water flush into the reservoir. This noise just kept waking me up all night. I couldn't turn off the water tap. It was too hard.

One lady on reception was friendly.
Clean Sheets.
The room was very small for 3 people. Sofabed was uncomfortable. No Electric Jug or fridge. Reception had one helpful staff and one really unfriendly lady. Breakfast was basic, not what we wouldve choosen. Couldnt work out the tv. Lift was ridiculously small.

The location
The nasty hotel decided for no reason not to clean and make my room, they thought I didn't pay the city tax. Even they didn't apologise.

The staff were helpful and the rooms were clean
The room was very small and had to walk up stairs as the lift was small and could not fit the luggage. There was no hot water and when having a shower the water ran onto the floor of the very small shower room.

Proximity to Gare du Nord and has an elevator.
Location is super busy and noisy. Sirens most of the night due to a hospital nearby. Bathroom was not super clean and the drain had probably not been cleaned out in a long time as it was slow to drain.

Excellent Breakfast and Location
I didn’t understand the bus route explained To me over phone. Coming from train station w/heavy bags.
Finally found the bus but overshot my stop.. 40 Euro taxi seemed pricey for the distance to hotel.
Ended up walking too far.

The location was very convenient for transfer to Gare du Nord station.
Some of the towels were dirty and there was no A/C in the room which could have had, had i requested a room change. Unfortunately, we arrived after 11pm and were too tired but it did result in uncomfortable sleep. They also request a deposit which was a first and unexpected..this should be stated visibly before booking.

Family room worked well.
Neighbourhood not the nicest, but great place to stay for Gare du Nord.

The room size was great for a family of four. It was close to a tube station.
We had no hot water to have showers on one day and was not compensated for this. You heard ambulances all night.

The apartment was an excellent size, especially for Paris. Clean and staff were very helpful. Air-conditioning. Was better than the photos
Could have used a small fridge and the area feels unsafe after dark. Though no actual issue occurred.

Good location, fot Gare Du Nord and access to the Metro. Breakfast was good, The staff were friendly and pleasant
7.0 / 10.0
The room seemed clean and recently renovated, which was a plus. The hotel is located just a short walk from Gare du Nord train station, which makes it convenient for travelers coming or going by train.
I only stayed for one night, and for a quick overnight stop, it did the job. That’s what I’d recommend it for.
I stayed during mild weather, but I noticed that the air conditioning was practically nonexistent — it felt more like basic ventilation. I can imagine it would be quite uncomfortable during hotter months.
The location is practical due to its proximity to the train station, but be aware that the surrounding area feels like a “Little India” within Paris, which may or may not suit every traveler’s preferences.

It was what we needed. We had an early train to catch from Gare Du Nord so we really enjoyed staying just around the corner from the station. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The rooms are small but we only needed somewhere to stay for one night and for that it was ideal. We had some issues with our shower which didn't drain well and flooded the bathroom and unfortunately there wasn't any other room to move into so showering was a bit of a challenge. Overall we still would come back for a convenient one night stay near the station as the location was really key for us. A bonus was air con which we found is very rare in France.

Easy to get to, short walk from Gard du Nord train station and metro. Clean rooms, quiet area. Excellent waiting area for after checkout. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for money.
Air con was not great. See through bathroom door in a group room wasn’t ideal.

Dirty, small rooms with the hotel split between separate buildings with one unstaffed and people able to walk in from the street. In a horrible and unsafe location. No wonder they make you pay in advance so it’s too late to cancel when you arrive and realise how horrible it is.

We stayed for one night before our flight from Paris. Location for RER-access to airport is perfect, walk to platform in under 10 minutes. The room was not big, but in Paris standards it was quite ok. Very clean rooms, comfortable and big beds. AC was excellent. Staff was nice and helpful. IMHO great value for money, far better than its current score.
The neighborhood was bit scetchy. The elevator was really, really tiny.
5.0 / 10.0
I chose this hotel because of its close proximity to the train station, which was indeed very convenient. Unfortunately, that was one of the very few positives during my stay.
• Excellent location if you need quick access to the train station.
• Being part of a hotel chain gave me some initial confidence in terms of quality (which was not met).
• The price is extremely high for the area and the overall quality of the hotel.
• Check-in was painfully slow and overly bureaucratic, which made for a poor first impression.
• Although well-located in terms of transport, the neighborhood is unpleasant and felt unsafe, with many people loitering around. It didn’t feel like being in Paris at all.
• The room had a terrible musty smell, poorly masked by strong cleaning products. I had an allergic reaction because of it.
• Very poor value for money. What is offered does not justify the rate charged.
• Despite being part of a hotel chain, this property clearly does not meet the usual standards expected from the brand.

The hotel was clean and breakfast was good. The family room is a nice size
The elevator did not work for the first floor. The location can be a little sketchy at night. Our first room was very small but moved to a family room which was very nice.

Cute room and close to the train station.
The AC didn’t work but they provided a fan which was great.

The bed was comfortable and the location suited me
Room small ground floor on street. I have stayed at quite a few properties cheaper than this with better room facilities. Breakfast was basic .

Its location
The tea and coffee was not replaced regularly, inspite of being reminded. The room was very small and the lift was exceptionally small and could accommodate only one person at a time with one suitcase. We were put on the 5th floor and it was faster to walk up than to use the lift.

The room was clean but very small
I stay in lots of hotels with work and with my family but this is the first ever I have been asked for a £150 deposit to ensure I leave the room without any breakages. I don’t know what kind of clientele usually stay at this hotel but that does say it all
4.0 / 10.0
The location was good, close to gare du Nord as described
The property is very tired - the bannister on the staircase wobbles for example. The rooms are really noisy. The walls are paper thin so you can hear other guests coming and going as the doors slam. This was an issue as a young group were staying and constantly going in and out of each others rooms. The noise from the road was incredibly loud, but guessing this cannot be helped. The bathroom also makes a loud noise whenever other guests use water seemingly. But bed was comfortable enough, room was a decent size. Young kids shared a sofa bed so not quite as billed.
