Was a place to sleep but will not be returning if I visit Paris again.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and staff were friendly

The room was way too small for 3 people. Towels were very small. Room only provided 1 pillow per person and had trouble getting more. Not tea or coffee making facilities in the room meaning having to pay more money for these. In my search a hotel near to the centre but not in this hotel said it was 3.0 miles (5km) but is actually 7miles (12km) meaning me, my pregnant wife and child had to travel almost 1 hour to where we wanted to be and had to stay out all day as travelling before an evening meal would have been too much. The area the hotel is located was very rough and not safe to be walking from the metro at night.

The staff was friendly and supportive. The location is very near to a metro/tram station

The area in which it is located is sketchy to say the least. There are signs of drug dealing and vandalism everywhere. Even though the proximity to the metro station is very good, it’s not the best location to walk with children after being in the city center. The parking was a mess, as the machine at the entrance to the garage was broken. I assume that this was circumstantial, though.

My daughter is celiac, and staff was very helpful with providing gluten free bread. The next day, and the following day - we even didn't have to ask about gluten free bread. They remembered us.

Location is actually closer to Gare du Nord than it seems As it took two metro trains but is a straight road that can be walked. Breakfast was plentiful but the boiled egg maker was not so great judging from the many discarded eggs including mine. The room is very basic but clean and is okay for short stays.

The bedroom was quite small, for a solo traveler is alright but might be an issue for a couple. There was a bunk bed as well in my room, so I think the room too small for three people for sure. Also check in took almost 30m due to queue and the staff were not exactly fast.

Creepy neighborhood..

The neighborhood is a bit creepy—I wouldn’t recommend walking around at night because there are a lot of suspicious people. Previous reviews have mentioned this too, so if you're traveling solo, it’s better to choose a safer area - check it online.

Location is really a getto. It’s not too bad to find a transportation to go to the city centre but it was really almost not a safe neighbourhood.

We would never stay here again, the breakfast woman ruined the hotel!

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and neatly presented, although needed some touch ups and DIY seeing to.

The breakfast which we paid extra for was below average. Very little food let alone options etc. there were no high chairs and the woman running the breakfast area was scarily rude. She came over and got snotty with us because our 1 year old was making a mess with her food. (We cleaned all this up when she finished as we would have done regardless of the woman’s rude interruptions). She then interrupted again telling me and my husband off for not keeping our plates and food on the trays. She even smacked my hand away at one point because I selected the wrong bowl for the boiled eggs and language was a barrier. Her behaviour made me and my family so uncomfortable we didn’t bother with the rest of our breakfast and just left. It was like being told off at school. Yet we were supposed to be enjoying our first trip abroad as a family. I did not expect in any country to have anyone lay their hand on me let along for something as unimportant as the wrong bowl. Hideous behaviour!

The breakfast was nice. The room was modern and clean. The staff worked hard to manage at times where there were issues with the cleaners not finishing the rooms and there being a long mine of guests waiting to check in

The long wait to check in. We arrived after 2 (with check in being 2pm) and we were unable to get our first room key for over an hour, and our second till the evening as we were advised that our room had not been cleaned yet

Breakfast and room were okay.

The staff (particularly a male staff) was getting annoyed on being asked questions regarding the stay. Not welcoming. Also, he wrongly passed on information and did not treat the hotel guests well. A sense of downlooking of people from that same staff member at the hotel.

The room was too small for 3 people, the sink for washing hands was blocked and the water did not come down. I asked them to fix it twice. No one cared and they just poured some powder which didn't fix the problem. I gave up in the end but it was not a good experience

We paid way too much for the inside parking. Meanwhile the location wasn't save enough to park outside. So we were obligated to park inside. And everytime we went away with our car and the car had been parked for 12hours we needed to pay €20

A Mixed Experience at the Hotel in Paris.

During a recent trip to Paris, my family and I booked a stay at this hotel, which left us with mixed feelings. While it did have its advantages, it also came with some notable limitations that made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped for. Let's start with the positives. The price of the hotel, when compared to other options in Paris, was reasonable, especially considering the notoriously high cost of accommodations in the city. The breakfast offered was also reasonably priced and provided a fresh and satisfying start to our day. Our stay at this hotel in Paris had its ups and downs. While the pricing was competitive, the check-in experience and room changes were unexpected and inconvenient. The lack of soap in the shower and the inconsistent housekeeping further detracted from our experience. On the bright side, the breakfast was satisfactory. In the future, improvements in communication and attention to detail would greatly enhance the guest experience at this hotel.

However, our overall experience was marred by some significant disappointments. One of the most frustrating aspects was our check-in and room situation. We had made two separate bookings on the Booking.com site to secure our desired stay from September 15th to September 21st. When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that we had to check out on the morning of September 16th and then re-check in later that same morning. This unexpected room change disrupted our plans, and it would have been helpful if we had been informed in advance. Repacking and moving, especially with elderly parents and a two-year-old with a buggy, was far from convenient and ate up a significant portion of our time. Additionally, we were dismayed to discover that we had no soap in our shower for three days. It seemed that the hotel's staff was not thorough in their checks to ensure that all essential amenities were provided. Such oversights are quite frustrating and diminish the overall experience. Another perplexing issue was with the housekeeping. In our three-bedroom bunk bed setup, the upper bed was not left made consistently throughout our stay while the lower beds were. This inconsistency left us baffled – either all beds should be made or none at all. This inconsistency detracted from the sense of care and attention to detail that guests typically expect.

We left after one night.

We didn’t realise that the hotel was located in the most dangerous place in Paris. It was full of police on every corner. Who said that we shouldn’t be here. 3 girls alone walking to the hotel, through crowds of refugee men in groups. Once inside we were met by hotel staff that looked stoned. Also we couldn’t go out for dinner as we were told it’s too dangerous and we should order in. The security guards on the door were lively and helped us order food. We stayed one night and moved to another hotel. I booked the hotel as it was close to gare du Nord and budget ibis was perfect for our needs.
