Very warm and supporting welcome by home family. Frederic and Sophie are a kind of gentle , putting guests at their ease, and welcoming at any reasonable ad-hoc request. Breakfast with tasty bread and croissant, fruit jam, honey, and other on request. Excellent price/quality ratio

Location is quite not central but at close reach of metro stop (5mins walk).

We loved staying at this location as it meant spending time with French people. The hosts were willing to do anything to make our stay enjoyable and gave us good tips to help make our travelling around Paris easy. Mercy beaucoup xx

Breakfast was plentiful & excellent

The owner was very friendly, his apartment is nicely decorated and also he attentively prepared our breakfast.

Unfortunately we expected a bit more privacy, the room is part of the family apartment, with common living room and access hall to the room. We could hear everything happening in the other side of the apartment and also there is a school nearby and it was very noisy from there too. For a couple looking for a romantic vacation in Paris this property is totally not indicated, yet I am sure that other persons might enjoy socializing with the owner and his family. The room does not have a TV and the bathroom is very small. We decided to check out after one night and went to a hotel which was more appropriate for our needs. The location is very strange, many immigrants from Africa and India, the streets are dirty and smelly and felt unsafe.
