the hotel itself was ok, the stuff was nice.

cleaning could have been better (no towel changes in 5 days). The location a bit weird, in a not so great neighborhood. and very far from the center of Paris (but that we knew when we booked it). don't trust google maps, there is a closer metro station in La Porte de la Chappelle - easy to reach - like 2-3 min away if you go under the highway, right by the adidas stadium.

It was not a good experience.

It was a very unpleasant experience because of one terrible staff member—a man working late at night. We arrived late after a long journey, having already booked and paid for the hotel online. When we got there, only two people were queuing. When it was finally my turn, he suddenly stopped and served someone who arrived after me. I signaled to remind him I was next, but instead of acknowledging me, he raised his voice and scolded me to “wait for my turn.” It was embarrassing and completely unprofessional, especially for someone in customer service. When it was finally my turn, he demanded payment. I explained that I had already paid online, but he rudely insisted I hadn’t and refused to check the booking details. To avoid further conflict, I paid again. Later, when I checked my bank account, I discovered I had been charged twice. We reported this to him immediately, and he said the amount would be refunded to my card—but he never did. After leaving, we sent multiple emails. Eventually, they refunded part of the amount, but it was still less than what had been taken from my account. Although the hotel itself is satisfactory.

Overall quite good

The room was very good, loved the bathtub and enjoyed the little coffee machine in the room. The location is 5m away from the metro which is nice.

Price for that room was decent. Ok place for couple of days to spend in Paris.

Location isn’t too good, but didn’t bother too much for few nights. Sink in the bathroom didn’t work and there was one living cockroach on room floor. Otherwise clean.

Perfect hotel in a bad neighborhood

Modern big hotel, very clean and spacious room

The hotel was perfect, unfortunately being in the 18 arrondissement it is not in a good neighborhood, and far from the center (there is a 10 min walk metro), but i don't recommend it for women, especially at night. As i said the hotel is perfect, but i recommend to take Bolt/uber/taxi from hotel to the center and never walk in the neighborhood, the hotel itself is great!

Great stay

Great hotel, clean room, the cleaning lady came every day to clean our room. I appreciate that the receptionist was nice and helpful. Really spacious room for Paris.

A bit far from the city center, also the area around the hotel kind of shady. There were people under the bridge living in tents. If you travel alone by night, isn't that safe, especially for women.

The staff is a very rude and uncaring man. We asked for a bed for the baby. He did not care and brought without a bed. He said the towel was cool. It is definitely not a suitable hotel for families. The housekeepers talk loudly while cleaning. It is very disturbing.

room is in good size. Close to the Adidas stadium.

Bed is a quite small for 2 people. It is a queen size bed for a room identified for 3 people (a sofa is separated for additional person but we do not have.) I cannot sleep well. The mattress is a bit strange. I touched it and it is like there are 3 layers. All in all, it is a standard place to stay but if you come as a couple, you'd better try the king size bed or two twin beds. It will be more comfortable for you. Sofa is a bit run down.

Great value hotel within easy reach of the Metro!

The room was located a short walk from the closest Metro Station and shops, including a supermarket. Light and airy, the room had plenty of room for a family of 3 and had in-room refreshments! The restaurant on the ground floor was only open for breakfast, but this is Paris and who wants to eat in on an evening??

Friendly staff and big room.

Huge construction n the neighbourhood. If to use underground transportation, the walking between hotel and station (5-7 minutes) does not feel safe after sunset. Cleanses of the room was not great either. Price did not reflect unfortunately the above minuses.

Staff are absolutely not bothered with guest service or swift check-ins. Arrived 4am and could see a significant level of irritation and running commentry Room smelled horrible, bed sheets were clearly left on from the previous guest staying there

Waist of time and money!

Absolutely Nothing

Staff useless no help at all Asked for cup or mug for coffee or tea and they said you already have them in your room. I stated those little cheap paper cups are useless. They said that’s all they will give out, even though they have a eating area with all the proper utensils. We had to go out and buy our own coffee mugs. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.Met others staying there and they could not believe how bad the staff and the place is.The place is a joke. Property is in a very bad area.

Room was very clean. The staff were very clear at explaining things Location was very difficult to access due to building of new centers around there for the up coming Olympics next year

The size of the map as to the location which was on the bottom of the booking confirmation was useless. May be ok if I was 20 again with great eyesight, useless for a 80 year old!!! You may feel he should have used Google maps - difficult to do when you leave the internet connection of the airport! You adding in "Bonus questions" What is that about? It does not benefit me and wastes my time. A Turnoff!

bad , not worth the money abs way too far away

please don’t book this property , there is construction going on around hotel and u will have to pass through a lot of narrow lanes filled with homeless people and you will feel very unsafe. definitely not recommended for alone travelers . the hotel insists that those people won’t do any thing madam but a 10-12 min walk from that lane every day twice you will find ur self praying that u reach back safe !

Inside of the room was clean and comfortable

Location is really horrible. In place I found that a lot of homeless people (some of them were looking like very dangerous) and super dirty outside. Good that I had a car otherwise commuting would be an issue

A convenient base to explore Paris without breaking the bank.

Nice sized room with fridge and microwave meant we could have drinks and cereal in the room. Comfy beds. Parking is safe and secure (if pricey at 20 euros a day).

The location is something to be considered. On the plus side it is walkable to Montmartre (30 mins ish) and convenient for the metro. Considering this, it is reasonably priced. However it can not be overstated that the area immediately around the hotel, and between the hotel and metro is intimidating to walk around. It is a super dodgy area. This shouldn’t necessarily put you off staying here, but it is something to be aware of, depending on your disposition.
