Convenient and well designed. The only negatives were 1) the lift being temperamental- the lift doors closed after my 5 year old entered before I could step in, and would not respond to me pushing the button, creating a dangerous situation and 2) the manager on duty on that day being quite rude and unhelpful whilst I was distraught. Thankfully it was my final day there. All other staff were friendly and super helpful.

I recently stayed at this place in Paris and overall had a good experience. The location is fantastic — very walkable, close to the Pigalle metro station, and within walking distance to Sacré-Cœur and many local cafes and restaurants. The area felt vibrant and convenient. The kitchen was a big plus — well-equipped and perfect for anyone who wants to prepare meals or snacks during their stay. However, the room was extremely hot at night. There was no air conditioning, and unfortunately, the standing fans provided didn’t offer much relief. They made a rattling noise and didn’t circulate the air well. We had to sleep with the window open, which helped a little but wasn't ideal. Also worth noting: there was a homeless person camping near the entrance. While this didn’t directly impact our stay, some travelers might want to be aware of it. If you don’t mind a warm room at night and you're looking for a centrally located spot with a great kitchen setup, this place is worth considering.

Nice location tucked-into a dead-end street in busy Montmartre. Windows had very good soundproofing. Room was in good condition. Staff was very friendly and happy to conduct business in English. Would stay there again on our next trip to Paris.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. All wishes were fulfilled (such as two single beds…) Hotel is close to Metro Room was spacious and clean. Kitchenette was equipped with all necessary things. It was pretty good to have the fan in the room. Hotel is very recommendable.

Great location for bars & restaurants around the corner. Rooms look good, nice garden area. But hotel service is not what I expected. Be ready to put sheets on your bed yourself, when booking an apartment for 3 people. Staff needed about 10 minutes to figure out where the bed stuff is and let you change the sheets for the couch yourself. No room service included for stays less than 7 nights. Feels rather like a hostel than a hotel. Informing the receptionist the next morning about the discomfort didn't help. They just said this is normal at this place. Besides that stay was fine.

Very nice location, centrally in Monmartre and close to Sacre Coeur. Quite. There was an ambience of cafes, restaurants and boulangerie in the neighbourhood. The hotel was clean and the personal very friendly. Very good for families.

This was our first European trip! After spending months looking for properties, we decided to book here. When we first arrived, we were not sure what to think. To be honest, as we pulled up we saw some grafitti and one homeless tent (neither is new to a New Yorker), but I was hesitant. We gave it a go, and happy we did. The hotel was clean, so pretty inside and the staff were friendly and welcoming! They answered all of our questions—offered suggestions on food, and metros… The aparthotel was spacious and we felt like Parisians. It was walkable, good food, nearby bakeries. We would definitely book here again. The doors are locked and you need a card key to enter so we felt safe. We are thankful to the staff for making our trip a memorable one.

On arrival at property there were a gang of boys drinking outside on the access road outside reception with a homeless man camped outside in a tent very close to the hotel. Property is in average condition I would say but in a great location. Montmarte has plenty of restaurants/cafes and shops in close proximity to the hotel.

Would Not Recommend - The area surrounding the hotel felt quite sketchy, and for a 4-star establishment, I expected not only quality service but also attentive management that takes guest concerns seriously. First of all, our room was not ready within the promised timeframe, even though it had been paid for in advance. After a 13-hour flight, we were exhausted and simply needed to rest — instead, we were placed in a temporary room that was not as advertised. The room had a broken dining table, was missing a second bedside lamp, and didn’t even have one of the nightstands. This was unacceptable, especially given that we had paid for the original room in full. The situation was unsettling and not something I should have had to deal with during a supposedly comfortable stay. The overall service felt lacking and surprisingly frugal. At one point, a staff member told me there was no need to buy items like paper towels or toilet paper — yet I had already made multiple trips to the front desk requesting them. To make matters worse, the guests above us were extremely loud at 4:30 AM. However, when the new neighbor next door moved in, he had no problem knocking on my door over something as minor as where I had placed my garbage. Sadly, this stay left me feeling uncomfortable, disregarded, and disappointed. For someone who paid a significant amount for five nights in a 4-star hotel, I absolutely would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a high-quality experience.

Paris Montmarte was a perfect spot for our family of 3. Having a kitchen, great windows to open in beautiful weather & fabulous location made our trip perfect! The front desk staff especially Manuela were kind, patient & always helpful! If you’re expecting 5 stars it’s not but it’s clean, efficient, convenient & a good value by Paris standards.

Staff are friendly and go the extra mile to help. The property is well located with the basilica nearby as well as Moulin rouge and other great amenities. There were young kids messing around nearby but they were no trouble at all. Such a great location my teenage boys loved it too. Many thanks to the staff for being so welcoming.

Location was great, beautiful area. But be aware the shady areas are just few blocks away. Only fault, not of the hotel, another guest was smoking in the unit next to us. The smoke was in the hallway. We were there in early Dec. Note- there is no AC if you are travelling in the summer months.

My daughter and I have just returned from a 7 night stay and we will most definitely be returning. The staff were absolutely amazing, made us feel welcome from the minute we stepped through the doors. The actual building is a bit on the tired side but was comfortable enough for us. As it was only my daughter and I we felt safe around the area.

It was nice having a studio apartment for our 8 night stay in Paris. The kitchen has everything you could need (except seasoning, cooking oil, directions on how to use the microwave), there is a small closet for storage with an iron, and a separate WC from bath area. My biggest issues with this place are the lack of “hotel-like” amenities. If you stay for less than 7 nights you DO NOT get housekeeping services. That means no clean sheets or towels! The kitchen comes with coffee pods but once you use of your 2 you HAVE TO PAY for more! I wish the room came with cleaning supplies (like a broom or disenfectant spray) for those with a longer stay. There is 1 elevator that is tiny and can get busy with guests and housekeeping using it. If you want extra toilet paper or tissue paper you have to go to the front desk each time to ask for more. And the alley the hotel is on is SKETCHY with graffiti, trash, and homeless. I think I would stay at this brand of hotel again but not at this location.
