    Nice hotel, large rooms and great staff. We enjoyed our stay, location is very good, an easy walking distance to the attractions. Very close to the train station & heaps of restaurants near by.

    I stayed here for 2 nights. A very good location if you would like to explore the museums. It’s a walking distance. As my stay time was during World Cup period, the noice was too loud and long lasting until 2-3am, I couldn’t sleep at all and requested to change a room for the 2nd night to be far away from the pub street. The staff Nassim and Rafat are very helpful on my request. I would come back again next time~

    It’s all messy. The curtain was stuck initially and we cannot close the curtain well. We requested for help however the staff comes the next day. What’s more ridiculous is that we’ve ordered for three consecutive days and was informed by the hotel on the 2nd day that we need to pack the luggage and change to another room. The staff said the change is included in the contract we signed however no one notified us anything when checking in. The silver lining is that the staff manager finally helped us out. The location is 100% perfect tho. But bad stay overall.
