Confusion with checking in and the first room not having a view of the Eiffel tower, but all resolved however.

We were surprised by the bunk room but the kids loved the sleeping cubicles. It was not fancy, but clean and the beds were comfortable. It had a great view from both our rooms. The staff were helpful in getting transportation for our group of 8 when the rides I had originally scheduled were abruptly cancelled. We figured out the metro on the last day. We did a lot of walking.

Was cheaper than other options. Near the Expo centre.

Staff were not attentive. Getting anything sorted took ages. Staff just wandered off after you'd asked them a question or for help. Breakfast was not replenished well, again long waits for things to be sorted. Air con didn't work in the room. Window didn't open so room very stuffy.

The room we ordered was not the room we received. It was dark dingy and not suitable for 4 seniors. We had requested a balcony but no balcony. We had to demand the upgrade we ordered.

I loved the bar on the ninth floor, definitely something to check out. The menu is not too long but has a bit of everything, and the prices are reasonable for a view of the Eiffel Tower. The personnel working there were always super helpful and gave straight answers to any inquiry. The hotel is close to metro line 10, tram 3a, and several bus routes that take you directly to the city center or any part of Paris, for that matter, so it is súper well connected, even if it's in the limits of the city.

I would have liked to know that the hotel doesn't do cleaning daily, but only after certain days of stay, because it is an ecological facility (which is great!), but advertising it at the check-in would have been better to make sure we prepared for that.

On first glance the facilities are lovely, the restaurant on the rooftop is also quite nice. Shared kitchen space is a great idea, very handy!

Double charged city tax, forced to pay at property despite showing them my booking.com invoice which said it was included in the price. Dirt and hair under bed. Bugs in room. AC set to cool 16-21 degree and unable to change, we were given a UV nail lamp (yes, the ones that set your gel manicure) as a heater on the first day when we reported it. A technician came on 2nd day to turn the “cold” off in our room. Staff couldn’t understand why this was a problem and suggested coming back to them later to change rooms if it was still an issue. They did find us another room but the problem remains… 21 degrees is too cold when it’s maximum of 16 degrees and raining outside. Camille rudely scoffed at me when I said we would stay put and just deal with it instead of moving all our belongings and daughter’s bed set up. I understand the need to be “eco friendly” but restricting guests to 16-12 degrees AC is ridiculous and freezing. We live in Australia and we NEVER have our AC on 21. Not even in 40+ degree heatwaves. Located next to cleaning room so the door was constantly banging while our daughter was trying to sleep. We asked the staff if they could be mindful and they appeared to start slamming it harder. No “general waste” rubbish bin in room (what are we supposed to do with nappies??). Family room for 4 but only a table for 2 in the room. Deposit is not taken on arrival but automatically deducted from your card on the day of your arrival, tbc how long it takes to get back. Our room was draining quite slowly on the first days, we reported it the second night and no one attended to fix it. It flooded so bad the 3rd night half of our room was wet and we used all the towels and floor mats to stop it. There are also random 0.61 cent charges appearing on our credit card unauthorised. It’s all just been beyond horrible here to be quite honest.

Eklo is located at 10 min walking distance from 2 metro stations and close to the inner ring lane (actually next to it) but that does not bother as the building is well isolated. . Price vs quality the hotel was a good choice. The rooftop restaurant & bar gives you a great view over Paris in all direction. Especially the view of the Eiffel Tower in the evening is great. Rooms are comfortable with a 'but'...

We reserved an upgrade with Eiffel tower view with put us on the 7th floor. The windows could not be opened and we could only rely on the airco. The Airco however was not functioning properly and we asked the staff to look into it. A technician was send to the room after asking a second time and he managed to lower the temperature in the room a bit. It turned out to be a general problem. The rooftop bar closed at 11.00 PM (Early?) on Fridays and Saturdays but that seemed to depend a bit on who is in charge behind the counter.

Breakfast was poor, not much there, we landed one morning at 9:55am and we were told that breakfast finishes at 10 am, we asked could we just have a croissant or even a pastry or some fruit and the server said that all fod is gone and walked away from us. Simply not good enough

A/c wasn't working at all, when reported they turned it off on me. Didn't try to fix it or even offer to relocate us. The hand wash sink in the bathroom was blocked after the first hand wash, when reported they fixed it 24 hours later,however when we returned to use the hand wash sink it was blocked again, i reported it to reception and they said they would repair it.This was on day 2 of a 6 night 7 day trip. They did not repair it. I reported it every day and they just said we will fix it. It was absolutely disgusting. Upon checkout they said they would reach out to me and offer some resolution, again no contact either. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND FOR A DOG

Its a basic properties but serves the purpose greatly, staff was friendly and efficient, room was essential, but worked perfect.

No amenities in the room... but given the price I paid, is reasonable and was totally ok.

The location was excellent for the Expo centre & the underground was about 5-10 mins walk away

The room could’ve done with a kettle & tea & coffee in it

City tax should be disclosed when we booked it from Booking.com.

Electric cattle should be provide in room separately.

Loved the spaciousness of the 6 person dormitory. Loved the private restroom and how clean the whole entire facility was. Loved that the window opens up all the way for natural ac.

The breakfast did not have plentiful choices and the bar closed too soon.

It was a pleasure to stay here, very comfortable beds after long days or and about,the view exceeded our expectations and was absolutely stunning and the rooftop French kiss restaurant was lovely with very lovely cocktails, everyone was very welcoming and helpful.

Basic but clean and all needs covered Nice lighting and adequate space for a family of four, my children loved the bunks and we all slept very well, the breakfast was delicious and more than enough to start the day well when seeing the sights.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it was clean with comfy beds, had a visible Eiffel tower from the room's window! and a good breakfast.

The room was small, but enough for us. It's 15 minutes walk to the nearest metro station.

New hotel with good facilities, comfortable bed, great location at walking distance from the expo. Nice restaurant with good food at a good price and amazing view of the city. The staff is new but they are hard working and always very nice.

The pillows are too big. There was no hair dryer.

El hotel fue victima de un hacking, los ladrones accedieron a mis datos y me hicieron phishing. Pague 2 veces el importe de mi estancia. El hotel no se hizo responsable para nada del problema.

Położenie obiektu. Pokój z widokiem na wieżę Eiffla był wart dopłacenia (widok naprawdę przyjemny zarówno za dnia, ale szczególnie w nocy). Pokój czysty i przyjemny do przebywania. Okolica cicha, czysta, są sklepy i restauracje (włącznie z hotelową). Niedaleko metro, autobus i tramwaj. Hotel blisko drogi wielopasmowej, jednak po zasłonięciu rolety nie było jej ani widać, ani słychać.

Jedyną rzeczą do której mogę się doczepić, jest prośba o podniesienie temperatury wody o parę stopni. Odkręcona maksymalnie, była co najwyżej letnia, a zdarzyła mi się kąpiel dość chłodna (ale do przeżycia).
