Took half an hour to check in. Was charged extra for having a large car . Not enough bedding provided in the rooms there was no beds for the children. If we wanted water we had to get it from a machine by the lift. Towels were thin. This was recorded as a 4 star hotel but was more like a 3 star. Disappointed with the standard as all the other Mercure hotels have been great.

It was a disappointing experience. There was no complimentary water, not even in the minibar. I requested water several times, but nothing was provided. We also asked for an iron, and they told us none were available. This level of service is not acceptable, especially for a place of this standard.

5-7 minute walk to metro with lots of dinning near metro. Mini frig was great with water and juice . Room clean. Parking is TIGHT. Overall great shorts (3day) stay

Sound insulation to other rooms/floors not very good either. - WiFi/internet in entire hotel out for >24h with zero explanation or recompense.
