Employees were very nice. Unfortunately we had two single beds that were pushed together and they never stayed together. Horrible for a couple to sleep on.

The staff was very helpful. There was a mini market about .5km away and convenient. There was only 1 decent restaurant nearby although Italian but very good. The area currently was a lot of road construction so the taxi coming into the hotel had to work around it and it was ongoing.

The location of the property with respect to Paris and the train station was great. Unfortunately the team on ground was not very nice. First was the parking price. I was told it was not 50 Euros as indicated on the property website but 70 Euros. The lady eventually made me pay 60 Euros because I was only staying for 6 days. In the room, the cooking table did not work and i reported this to the team but nothing was done. I repeated this everyday and nothing was ever done. The impression one got was that the reception team could not be bothered.

The hotel itself is good, clean and was in an excellent and quiet location. The rooms are basic and as described. The only issue that I do have is that breakfast is advertised and charged for through the hotels.com site but due to current restrictions they are not offering breakfast. I understand that this is for all of our safety but I don’t feel that they should be advertising a service that is not being provided at this time. A refund was made but this was of a lesser value than that charged by hotels.com

I loved that this was in a safe location with nearby grocery and restaurants and metro station and bus stop. The staff was kind and accommodating. The proximity to the city sights felt a bit far because when I was there there was a strike and the metro wasn’t running, but that is no fault of the hotel.

The hotel is falling apart the charge a fair amount and then if you have breakfast it is 9 euro each for a few buns. Do not stay here there are far better placed to stay including breakfast. Do not get robbed!

It is a good hotel. Local stores, Post office, Metro station, and restaurants are on walking distance. Also, I had the Eiffel Tower view from the balcony. However, the internet speed was slow.

My friend and I are extremely unhappy with our stay here. The wifi worked off and on at a very slow speed, we were on level one of the building, closest to the router, so good luck to anyone staying on the upper levels. The staff member at check-in was unfriendly, lazy and possibly uninformed. I asked if there were two beds at check in to double check a request I had made, she said "I don't know let me check" and rolling her eyes with an exasperated sigh went upstairs to check. Why that wasn't confirmed beforehand, I don't know, why it was such a problem for her to check, I also don't know. She also failed to tell me about the laundry facilities or any of the other features at check-in. Because of this, we were waiting for room service. We needed our bedding changed and the trash is taken out. There was only one very small trash can in the room. Again I have no idea if there was somewhere to empty the trash as we were waiting on room service that never came. The heater in our room didn't work so the duration of our stay was chilly. The 2 bedside lights did not work, nor did the light in the hallway. This was very unsafe as we are two female travelers often coming back at night so we were often standing in the dark and using our phones to light the way, which is ridiculous. We ran out of toilet paper during our stay but there was never an employee at the front desk to ask for help. I saw a maid servicing a room and asked her to put towels in ours. She asked, "You need mor

If your room is on the upper floors, good luck carrying your luggage through endless flights of stairs. The receptionist was the worst. He lacks the basic principles of customer service. He is always angry and rude.
