The beds are a little aged, and the shower takes 5-6 minutes to get warm so not so good for environment

I don’t like it , it is the worst feeling I have ever had.

•     The bathroom walls were covered in severe mould, and the ventilation fan was broken, the room's bath room full of musty smell.       •     The carpet was damp and smelled strongly of mildew, and the bed had an overwhelming musty odor.       •     The bed had large bedwetting stains and small trash particles scattered across it. This is not only completely unhygienic, but also deeply disrespectful to customers. It shows a serious lack of attention to basic cleanliness and guest dignity.       •     Both my wife and I experienced skin irritation, and our two young daughters developed multiple red rashes and insect/mite bites overnight. I’d like to respond to your message. You did not offer me the option to change rooms that night, as the hotel was fully booked. You only suggested I could change the room for the following night. I declined and left the hotel because it was already clear that the overall condition of your hotel was far below my expectations. Why would you misrepresent this? Additionally, the attitude of both the reception staff and the manager was very rude and dismissive. In the end, you only refunded me for the night I did not stay, which I was not satisfied with but had no choice but to accept.

Everything was perfect about your hotel except the location. Especially there is construction on your side of the train station.

Very clean and loved the balcony. Super comfortable bed and the breakfast was not too bad.

Never find any meat like bacon or sausages to go with the eggs in the morning. Came back at night was a bit scary because of the underpasses that is needed to take fromthe train station. The last train is at 00:35 from Montparnasse.

The best part of this hotel is the breakfast. Fresh orange juice machine and many options to choose. Really good. The room is good and spacious.

The hotel is not close to the city center, but the train station is really close from the hotel. It's not related to the hotel itself but Paris is really expensive for what it offers.

The room was spotless and stylish. Employees were very helpful, and check-in and check-out were problem-free. As it was hot in Paris during my visit, I enjoyed having air conditioning in the room. I loved freshly pressed orange juice for breakfast.

Breakfast was a bit boring, and there weren't many healthy options to choose from.

Tasty breakfast. Looking forward to eat that everyday. Room clean and good sleep. safe. Quiet. Comfortable bed.

A bit far from city. Breakfast pick up so quick. Manager doesn't ask you before pick up breakfast. and doesn't allow to me to get a coffee before pick up. Rude.
