It’s located very close the the metro station and has a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby and still stays quite enough. Worth mentioning that this particular metro line doesn’t have a greatest connection to the main landmarks. It has underground parking garage suitable for smaller/mid size cars.

It feels quite tired in the rooms and staff if not the most accommodating

I'd strongly advise anyone to avoid this property - there were loud noises and cleaning (vacuuming which we could literally hear from the rooms above us) until past 3am on the second night of our stay as well as banging coming from around the corridors throughout the night. When we tried to speak to someone about the issue while still at the hotel, we were told that the manager wasn't available and we were given a card with a contact email in order to send our complaint over. They then reached out via automated message on Booking.com asking for feedback and a review, I explained the situation and requested a refund for the second night as our stay had been extremely disrupted. I was advised to send an email - which I did. This email and all subsequent emails were ignored. I messaged again within Booking.com asking for someone to reply to me ASAP. Someone then replied calling me 'Sir' and asking 'what do you need from us?' and claiming to have received no email. I replied asking them to check their spam folder, also advising that the outline of the issue was above in the message trail. Someone then replied with a message which included this statement: "Please be assured that your refund request has already been forwarded to the appropriate department, and it will be processed as soon as possible." A week later, I asked for an update as no refund had been received. I then chased two further times over the next three days, before finally getting a response from 'Hugo', saying that they refused to provide a refund. After several more back and forth messages with Hugo, including him asking why we didn't say anything while we were still at the property (which, as mentioned above, we did) he still refused to provide any sort of refund and even suggested that he could offer me a 'great rate' on a future stay - which I found rude and rather ignorant.

We have been moved to another hotel. Apparently a water leak in our room, but more likely a bogus reason to fill up a sister property

We had to take a taxi to another hotel which was in much worse location, and were given the WORST room of our lives, stinking, dark, cold and noisy. NEVER again

Great location for a car driver, as it is only 10 minutes in from the periferique/Paris ring road, and a 200 metre walk to the nearest Metro station. Really helpful reception staff, and free coffee and water all day is a nice touch

Directions to get there could have been better- the hotel is easily accessible on the metro from the main train stations. If I’d known this it would have saved an expensive taxi journey from Gard d’Nord

Breakfast was ok, the bread and pastries were fine, the quality of the fruit and cheese wasn't very good for a hotel of this price. Comfy bed.

The room wasn't very clean, litter on the floor. Shower head holder broken, soap dispenser didn't work, unfinished paint job in room.

What a nice experience to book and stay at this property. My good experience began even before booking. I called the property to ask some questions before booking and Zoulikha was super nice and kind to respond to my requests. After booking, she even had courtesies with us. At our arrival, Mustaffa was extremely kind helping us with the check in and parking. The day after, Nabil helped us at check out and he was also super nice and polite. We were pleasantly surprised by this property. It is exactly as you see it in the photos. The rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also good and enough. They even had gluten free bread which was a very nice surprise. All of their staff members were amazing! We forgot a small toy of my toddler and came back, the housekeeping team found it and were very kind to bring it to the reception. Also the location is good as it is very close to the Metro, carrefour and restaurants. Don't think twice and book it, you won't regret it :)

The only thing that could have been better is that our stay was longer. Unfortunately, due to change of plans we could only stay one night. Next time we're in Paris, this property will be for sure our choice.

I liked the bathroom and the size of it. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I wasn’t able to regulate the temperature of the room.

- It was fairly clean. - Location was calm and next to a metro.

- Pictures show it bigger, brighter and newer than what it really is. - Card to open the room door didn’t working properly in 5/5 nights we spent there. - TERRIBLE noise insulation, we could hear everything is corridor and the people in the corridor can hear everything in the rooms.

Thin walls. You can here everything your neighbours are doing. Old bathroom. Someone smoked in the room opposite us in a non smoke hotel and we we're told it's a perfume smell. The hotel cancelled the booking on the last day when payment was due. I had to rebook at a rate which was 20% higher

This was our first time in France and what a pleasant welcome we received from the hotel and it’s staff. The rooms were exceptionally clean and exceeded our expectations. Our room had a balcony which had a great view at night. The location was close to the metro which made travelling around quite easy. The highlight of our stay was the staff at the hotel. Although the hotel itself is great, the staff really made everything 10x better. So welcoming, helpful and kind. Just overall really lovely people! The hotel is lucky to have them. I will definitely be back again :)

I'm sure I've already done this....but, the location was almost perfect. It was away from reported "bad" parts of Paris. The Train was like a 2 minute walk away. Granted it was the last stop on the way home, but the first on the way out! There was AC. Many hotels did not have this. A parking elevator! A treat for sure.

Rooms were very small. The overall cleanliness was that of Europe for sure. The TV models were so old I think I could have hooked up an Atari to it. The walls were thin maybe, you could hear the clanging of the neighbors the rooms over.

We went for the premium room that had a good size and a large bathroom with a tub. Great view on the back gardens, with a big terrace. Bed was comfortable and Staff was very helpful.

The room was clean but a few things could have been fixed up, marks on the walls , plugs not steadily fixed etc... The breakfast was ok but a bit expensive for what it was. The hotel is near the convention center yes, but I feel the rates are a bit high when you are on the other side of Paris.

Stayed here as it was close to the business park area in Issy les Mollineaux. 1 min walk from the metro station so easily accessible and easy to get to central Paris. Clean room and comfortable enough.

It was a non smoking room but it did smell like cigarettes. No iron in the room. It was extremely expensive given the location and size of room.

Awesome location. 1 min away from metro station. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Good facilities.
