Great location, close to the city

Great stay, would go back for sure.

Room was very clean, slight glitch on arrival with towels needing refreshing but otherwise excellent and no complaints. The room was bright, airy, nice street view from the window, safe, large - especially for Paris. Normally I stay in tourist areas but this felt much more real to me and I enjoyed it a lot more. I needed to be at Paris Convention Centre and this was an easy 12-15 mins walk. Very well located with a pharmacy across the street, some convenient fast food, and slightly further to walk for restaurants. Lots of sushi places nearby and I loved Delice de Hiumalaya, a few blocks away. I used a lot of Lime bikes, but this area is a no go zone for Lime, so you have to walk a bit to find a bike. There is a veilib bike station nearby but I have yet to figure that out. The metro is very close as well and easy to Navigate with CityMapper app being a lifeline. Most of my travel in Paris was by bike which is very safe given the number of large bike lanes.

Nothing, it's a great hotel, basic but great staff, clean, smart, gets the job done. Pool is large for the Paris area, I didn't get to use it, but functional rather than stylish.

Not being direct. We reserved the place because of the swimming pool, when we arrived, they told us it’s not working, but we didn’t know that at all when were doing the reservation via Booking, it was not fair at all ! I think they should be honest with people about that.

Great to have a fridge and kettle and coffee machine. The bed was so comfortable. Nice touches such as the breakfast room and board games available for use.

Great stay

The room was spacious with the fold-up sofa bed which was comfortable for two teenagers. The location was great with restaurants and cafes close by and a metro station to get to the centre a short walk away. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff was friendly and it was really easy to park near by, which we reserved through the hotel.

The breakfast room was very small, it was difficult to get a table in the morning. Also the pool was not as attractive as in the picture.

Below my expectations but good enough for a short stay

It was close to a metro so in around 30 min you would be in the center. Friendly staff. Breakfast was available until 10:30h.

Breakfast was super basic and a very small area. There was no hand soap nor shampoo in the room. We were there for 5 night and not once did they come clean the room. Usually I actually prefer people not coming in the room but after night 3 it would have been nice to have some clean towels and toiletries.

Clean room, a bit smaller than it seems in the photos. Comfortable beds and hotel is easily reachable by using public transportation.

Location is bit far from central paris, which is good and bad at the same time. The staffs were so friendly.

The photos of the room and actual room which we got doesn't match. We hot a room on 5th floor which is a bit small and ceiling is also slope which cut lot of space.

Breakfast is the best... Bed and pillows are ok. Space is ok for 3 of us.

Lack of power plug, the bathroom is not so spacious. And we couldn't keep out baggage there after check out. It's not a big problem but less convenient for us, come here for business. Carpet in the room could be cleaner...

Exceptional

The great value for the money! The location is just a few blocks from the metro with about 30 min ride to most attractions. A good variety of restaurants around, a grocery store behind the building and gas station nearby. A small kitchenette with fridge and free coffee/cappuccino/mineral water in the lobby area for residents which saved us quite a lot for breakfasts. The hotel has a private covered garage for a reasonable fee compared to other hotels, make sure to reserve a spot in advance.

Stained carpet, so make sure to bring your slippers or Crocs. The water in the bathroom sink wasn’t draining properly.

Barely passable!

The only positive thing was that it was close to the congress venue.

There was a very heavy smell of air freshener, which was very unnatural. The rag/ fitted carpet was very dirty, with dust and lots of stains. We asked to leave our small luggages for an hour because we had a presentation and we needed to run, but they didn't care and they didn't even try our suggest a solution! This was my first time in a hotel that I could live my luggage for an hour at reception or even a suggested area.

Very good

Booked a twin room but on arrival given a double - I was travelling with my son. Night porter unable to issue a different room. The receptionist changed our room next morning no problems. Good value, clean and buffet breakfast had plenty of variety. Rooms had good self catering facilities. Great Italian restaurant nearby and excellent Chinese restaurant around the corner - buffet there most evenings and a la c.arte

Indoor swimming pool adequate for a training swim but unsuitable for children and oppressive chlorine atmosphere.
