When I arrived, we have to wait for hour to get the keys from reception as only one person was at reception and process of handling keys was too slow. There were not too many options for breakfast and food wasn’t great. Fruits were pickled, hash browns don’t taste fresh - overall not worth for the price. Air conditioning in the room was extremely poor and even the lobby of hotel was so warm and feel like there wasn’t good ventilation/ air conditioning.

The rooms were comfortable and staff were friendly
Location. With a family of little children it was very hard to get to tourist areas. Public transport was difficult to use and taxis were not just expensive but hard to secure.

10mins walk from Metro station in nice area, with supermarket and lots of bakeries and restaurants around. 30mins to most attractions in town. Very clean room with water(include sparkling water) dispenser on each floor. Staff are very nice and helpful. Very pleasant stay will definitely return.
Room a bit small for family of 4.

Staff was very good . Manager was very good and helpful. He bought us extra cover on request as there were no triple bed room’s available as we had mistakenly booked double bed room . He came and fixed the bathroom himself as water was blocked in the shower .

At arrival we had to wait almost half an hour in line for our check in, even though we checked in online beforehand already. Then finally arriving at the room, we saw we got the wrong roomtype, not the one we booked. It took quite long for the staff to arrange a new room and we were send up and down a few more times again because the new room key didn't work and then we found out there was no babycot added to the room. We got no assistance at all from the staff with moving, despite having a baby and having traveled for 8 hours. Some more empathy and a nice talk with the staff would also have been nice. Unfortunately the staff could barely speak English or not at all. Not a nice welcome and certainly not recommended!
The rest of our stay was okay, but certainly not great. Breakfast was bad (not fresh and not clean) and the room was not comfortable (synthetic sheets which are very sweaty, a toilet that doesn't flush well and a shower that can't keep the temperature stable, amongst others).

The staff was very polite, location was quite good.
Food in the restaurant was not very good and the selection was very limited and there was lots of noise from the Expo, impossible to have any rest in the afternoon

Excellent breakfast, served until 10 or 11, and check out times until 12.
Stayed 3 nights, 2 out of 3 elevators didn't work for most of that time.
Our room wasn't cleaned well, nor were our belongings respected during cleaning.
Most staff friendly and helpful, but we had some unpleasant experiences with a few so can't really recommend them on that front either.

Nothing , everything was upto expectations

The coffee at breakfast. I also appreciated the kettle in the room, and the room was big enough for two people to share. i loved the big window
Access to the conference venue was far and the quicker route had restricted access so it was a long way to walk to the hotel. I would have chosen a different hotel if I had known that. Breakfast options were limited for people with dietary restrictions. The cheese platter often had cold meant on it and separate dishes would have worked well.

Location is near to the exhibition center
Kind of shocked by the service. During the first day, together with colleagues, at 8:30PM we requested to have dinner at the hotel restaurant since were too tired to go out after traveling and one day of work. Even if there were empty tables at the restaurant and the restaurant closes at 10:30PM we were told that there were not available tables because "a group of Spanish booked the remaining tables". So we sit at the bar eating cheese for 14Euro per plate (the same cheese you find at breakfast) until the closing and nobody of that group showed up. Basically the restaurant decided to refuse to service us a dinner. While I travel around the world, this is the first time I met such of experience.
The day of our departure, we asked to the reception if it was possibile to call a taxi: the person at the reception didn't even try to call it and just told us that was impossibile to get a taxi.

Arrived at 8pm and even though check in was available from 3pm we had to wait 30 minutes for a room. 2 young tired and hungry children was told they have no other rooms available, no refund possible and no manager to speak to. We weren’t even offered snacks at the bar/ restaurant while we waited. No adapter. No iron. No basic facilities. Walls of the room were paper thin and you could hear everything from other rooms and hallway. Breakfast was very basic. I wouldn’t recommend it for families. Had to drive for 50 mins from the Eiffel Tower due to traffic.

Loved the double room with the sliding doors in between. Perfect as my kids were in a place whereby I could see them.
TV channels were limited and I couldn’t use my firestick as the tv was old and not a smart TV
