Very pleasant stay

Very cozy B&B facility. Excellent value for money. De owners are very friendly. We called them after 10:00 pm, and the helped is really well. Nice old building, very spacious room. Big and clean bathroom. Location is close to the convention center, which was our main reason for choosing this area.

Nice place on the outskirts of Paris.

Cosy, harmonic room we had with a balcony. It is really a classic style, and you might not find a bigger room in Paris for this price. The check-in is a self-made with private codes to all the gates and doors. For metro stations you have to walk 12-15 minutes, but bus stops are located in just a few meters from the entrance. Ideal when you need a relaxed 'home' after a busy day in the city.

The carpet in our room had saw better days, a deep-clean would needed. Bathtub seemed not be placed well as it was moving at some points.

Lovely and charming accommodation.

The best part about this place is how exceptionally homey it is. The host, Immanuel, welcomed us upon arrival, walked us up the stairs, and was kind enough to explain the ins and outs of our suite to us in person, which is charming and rare nowadays. This area is quiet and has its own local flair away from the main touristy areas, yet still accessible. Within walking distance to the market and cutest courtyard for some good brunch with a view. Felt incredibly safe and comfortable here.

Fantastic, excellent, friendly

Location excellent, Bus/Metro links easy and within walking distance. Room clean, big enough for 4. Breki was fantastic, fresh and ready when you wanted it. Owners very friendly and willing to help and have a chat. Allowing us to leave cases whilst we went on another trip into Paris was a huge bonus.

Lovely stay with great accessibility

The apartment was very nice and newly renovated – just the right size for two people. The small kitchen was well-equipped, which allowed us to walk to a nearby shop in the morning, buy some fresh breakfast, and enjoy it comfortably in the apartment. The area was very peaceful and quiet – we felt completely safe throughout our stay. At the same time, the location had excellent transport connections: both bus and metro stops were just a few minutes’ walk away, making it easy to reach the city center.(about 25mins) The staff were very kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

The only minor thing to mention is that the window faced the street, so there was a bit of noise from outside. However, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, so if you don’t mind keeping the window closed at night and using the AC, it’s absolutely not an issue.

Nice and calm!

During my stay, I enjoyed a lovely studio that had plenty of space and wonderful natural light. However, I encountered an issue with the coffee machine, as it wasn't functioning. I was impressed by the owner's proactive approach, they quickly addressed my concern. Although I didn’t expect a replacement during my stay, they surprised me by bringing in a new machine along with some coffee. This thoughtful response greatly enhanced my experience and showcased their commitment to guest satisfaction.

Host was welcoming, spoke English and very helpful with information. Room was small for 4 but clean and had everything we needed. Would be perfect for 2. On a nice, fairly quiet street with pleasant outdoor area.

It was fine for us as we were traveling light, but the rooms we had were located upstairs and along a narrow hallway so would not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues or lugging huge suitcases.

Very comfortable number with romantic french atmosphere and very nice pleasant host. My wife had a birthday and she backed and carried fresh croissants in the early morning to our suit as a gift!

the location was great and not too far from central paris

The place was not clean including the bathroom and the bed, the fridge still had things from previous people. there were hairs on the bed and headboard, the sinks had soap scum and were generally dirty, and the gate on the outside is broken leading to us getting locked out and having to call authorities to let us in, this should be fixed ASAP

It was a very pleasant 4 nights stay in her accommodation, located in very quite quartet in Vanves.

Emmanuelle was excellent host, she was very helpful with our answers; Also our breakfast was extended with some adds-on, upon our ask. Location was ok - not too far away from the metro line #13 (12-15 minutes walk) or 2 bus stations.
