    Great location and great breakfast. All the rest are unacceptable.. smelly bathroom, false fire alarm many times during the night.

    There are window but you cant open it Nice tower view but really time room, Breakfast is terrible Just go out side and having a sandwich !

    I had a very poor experience during my stay. The AC in our room was not working from check-in. Despite multiple follow-ups with the front desk and housekeeping, no one resolved the issue. We were repeatedly told that the "entire building had an AC problem," but when I checked with other guests, their rooms were fine. This was misleading and unprofessional. The room was suffocating, especially with children. It was extremely uncomfortable and made our stay very difficult. For a family with kids, proper ventilation and working AC are basic expectations, not luxuries. The lack of accountability and false information from staff was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. Management needs to train staff better and ensure basic amenities actually work.
