A very cozy stay overall, definitely worth my money.

Comfortable and Enjoyable Stay

We liked the location, the room was clean, and had all the needed amenities. The check-in process was smooth even though we came later than the set time on the hotel page.

We would have liked slippers in order for us to walk around in our room, but that wasn't a deal breaker.

Clean and comfortable room

The bedroom and toilet were clean and comfortable. The hotel is convenient to travel to Versailles (<30 min by train)

The elevator was damaged and was not repaired during the four days we stayed in the hotel. There are not air conditioning in the room. If you want to visit main attractions in Paris, you require to travel around one hour by train and metro, or bus and metro.

Wonderful stay

Lovely and helpful staff. Good sized room with comfortable beds, mini fridge, stovetop and microwave. They also provider 2 fans which helped a lot with ventilation and the heat. They also had a filtered water machine and a coffee machine free to use in the common area downstairs which was amazing!

Our bathroom did not have an exhaust fan so it would get stuffy. There is very limited bench space for cooking but you make it work.

Very nice place to stay for longer periods of time when you want to visit Paris

The staff is ok, you get the needed information. The room was spacious. It has a sort of a kitchenette, well equipped and ready for current, necessary use. The hotel was relatively well placed from my point of view (a nearby metro line station with direct access to Paris main tourist objectives). Also, a nearby “Intermarche”, perfectly suitable if you plan to spend several days as a tourist and you have no meals at the hotel or a nearby restaurant. They have their own underground parking with plenty of parking spots.

We had a little problem after check-in with the room boiler but their technician promptly solved it. Unfortunately, the elevator didn’t work at all while we stayed there, meaning 3 nights. That was a bit problematic, especially with bags, since the parking lot is at second level underground and we had a second floor room.

Cheap place but was so uncomfortable on a hot day

- The place is relatively cheap compared to other places in Paris. - The staff was nice and good.

- The place was not ideal for stay during summer. We had been provided in the room with a fan that has very low ventilation. We got it only replaced on the last days. Since there is no air conditioning, it was very uncomfortable to sleep even during the night. - I don't mind having a smell on the hallway but the shower itself is not fully tidy. I saw molds in the bathroom. - The shower door does not completely close. - The elevator had a problem in the middle of our stay and was not fixed immediately. It added to our discomfort.

Good value

Situated in a quiet residential area but within easy walking of a baker, cafe and supermarket and only 15 mins from the Metro. The room was clean and the small kitchen area means you can be self sufficient with food. All staff very pleasant. It is not luxurious but for the money it is good value. Recommended for a cheap stay in Paris that is only 30 mins by Metro ftom the centre.

All the floor is vinyl, and the bed is not attached to the headboard, meaning that if you try to sit up in bed to read, the bed starts sliding across the floor. Also, there is no waste bin apart from a very small one in the bathroom. The corridor outside the room is poorly lit.

Good sized apartment with useful amenities

Really clear instruction for check in outside of reception hours made access easy. Lovely sized apartment/room with plenty of useful facilities even for a short trip. Particularly enjoyed the inclusion of a refrigerator. Only slight downside was the noise from building work being completed throughout the day; but putting that to one side, a nice easy stay with simlle access by public transport.

Decent but could be much better

The location and staff were quite nice. It was clean.

It was probably one of the poorest breakfast I've seen in a hotel. The neighbours from the next door could easily access our room or window, there was no separator which was really weird. We asked for two separate beds 1 month beforehand but our wish wasn’t met.

Sure on my list of good places to stay

The staff is very kind, helpful and friendly. The amenities are good, and the neighborhood is just perfect: a small supermarket, bus stop and train station in walking distance. Paris is less than 30 minutes away, and so is the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. Bonus points: safe parking space for a reasonable price.

Good accommodation for sleep in and getting out and seeing Paris.

Great location, close to the metro. supermarket close by and plenty of eateries. Great accommodation, to sleep in, we just needed a base, as we’re out sightseeing and visiting friends.

could have done with a few more pillows, but we didn’t ask, and I’m sure if we had, we would have been given them.

Very good

The room was neat and clean and beautiful. Bathroom is big enough and had a hair dryer also. The bus stop is near compared to the metro station from the location. The room had a closet also to keep the clothes. There is a balcony also in the room. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, hotplate and all the necessary kitchen items including plate, spoon and fork etc. In the night also we did not face any issue to reach to this location by public transport.

The front desk staff for who was there for first 2 days did not pay attention to a minor issue raised. The other staff was very good.

Decent hotel for short stay. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a balcony with views of the Eifel Tower.

Nice room but staff needs to be trained well

The room was ok to stay for a few fays.

The staff has no understanding of customer satisfaction. Check out time is 11 am. They keep calling you twice or three times as of 10.45 am to leave the room. I can understand the hotel is fully booked and it has to be cleaned, but calling you a few times before check out time is unacceptable.
