Nothing in particular. The location was acceptable, but that’s the only positive thing I can mention.

The room was left open by the staff after cleaning, exposing all of my belongings to anyone walking by. I could have been robbed easily. When I reported this extremely serious issue, the response from the property was dismissive and unhelpful. The room wasn’t very clean, and the breakfast was extremely poor. Overall, I felt unsafe and disrespected.

Great little find in Issy! 😊 The rooms are compact but cozy, and the location is super convenient — just steps from the bus stops and easy to reach central Paris. Perfect for a short stay or anyone traveling on a budget.

The Lady Receptionist in the morning is super friendly and helpful but the night shift receptionist seemed a bit off or less welcoming during our stay stay.

Decent hotel close to Metro

Staff were helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Close to Metro for trips to various landmarks. Grocery store close by.

Room was very cramped. Desk and chair at bottom of bed were so tightly spaced that you could barely pull the chair out to sit. If using the desk, it was impossible for second person to maneuver around room.

It was okay.

The sun light coming in through the bedroom window every morning. Having a bathroom window was nice too. One person of the staff was very helpful trying to get a taxi when I left. The housekeeping staff was also very nice and kind.

I was there in summer, the AC in my room didn't work well, it was just working as a fan, even when I tried changing the settings but it was definitely broken. The pillows weren't too comfortable and there was no minibar in the room, so I couldn't keep any cold water or soft drinks.

The hotel does not make it clear that breakfast needs to be reserved in advance by the night before. Most mornings we tried various cafes at our leisure. On 1 day, however, we needed an early start to catch a tour. I asked the front desk the night before what time breakfast was open. He told me the time, but did not ask if we want to make a reservation. Nothing was said at check in about needing a reservation. Their website has a section about breakfast service, but no mention if needing a reservation. So we were denied breakfast, not knowing a reservation was needed. Americans are used to just showing up at a hotel breakfast without a reservation. MAKE THAT CLEAR!

Edible not much choice of not good but eggs and sausages were nice.

We arrived at 9.30pm. No hotel bar or food . Not even a water machine available and no water in room either to drink . No shops or bars open either outside. Wish we had known . . At breakfast the food and coffee machines were turned off before we had a chance to get a refill. Staff could very easily have been more helpful

Clean room, nice breakfast, great service

The room was small but very clean and comfortable for a night stay. The continental breakfast was tasty and included pancakes (that's immediately an extra star to any hotel if you ask me). Also, I had to move the dates of my stay - three days earlier in a short notice. The hotel replied within a moment and accepted the date change. I highly appreciate it.

Walking distance to metro and market. Free tea and coffee in the lobby. The room was clean and the employees are very polite.

There is no card entry system and each room is given one key. If there is more than one person staying in the room and they do not travel together, it is necessary to be in constant communication for the key. I would prefer it to be a card system. Besides, you have to hand over the key to the lobby when leaving the room.
