Bad due to reception staff.

Hi there the room was fine breakfast was perfect value for money.

On our entry the reception staff was not helpfull at all too busy on there phones one word answers just chatting among them selfs very rude The morning staff in kitchen were very helpfull Reception very rude The night before we stayed in Ibis in Tours the whole experince start to finsh was perfect. Very nice and helpfull staff.

Reception staff is not welcoming, we stayed 4 days and met 3/5 different Reception staff all were non smiling non friendly, Reception should have best of customers support and ethical people, please put them all in training to be welcoming and smiling

Nice and pleasant

Excellent location in a good neighbourhood, very close to Metro. Very good breakfast. Possibility to leave luggage after check-out. Cleanliness.

The bed frame legs in our room weren't tightened, making the bed wobbly and noisy (quickly fixed by tightening it myself). The window block-outs didn't block the sun very well as the sun entered the room soon in the morning. Very limited spots in the car park, and a bit expensive as well.

Exceptional

The hotel is about 150 from the underground Station and is in a silen area. Easy to get anywhere in Paris and to Versailles by public transport. Rooms are large enough beds are confortable. Abszolutely clean everything, very good breakfast. I definitely will come back.

Great stay! Even greater staff!

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable! The shower was fantastic, with excellent water pressure and great temperature regulation. Extremely close to metro line 12 which takes you to the centre of Paris in about 10 minutes.

Soundproofing could be improved a little bit. The black walls need repainting from guests bumping their suitcases into them. If there were more plugs next to the beds it would be perfect.

Good location but cleanliness and comfort could be vastly improved

Decent sized room, good rainfall shower, hot water started fast, good lighting options. USB ports next to the bed. Easy to use safe in the room, rack space to hang clothes. Great location, only a short walk from the nearest metro and shops and restaurants. Stayed here for the convention center and it was easy to get to.

There were ants in one corner of the room. The air conditioning was very weak, I turned it up to max but could barely feel it. One night the air conditioning also started leaking water and there was a puddle in the carpet. The material of the bed seemed to trap heat too well, I kept waking up feeling damp, having to change sides of the bed, constantly had to toss and turn. Might be good for winter, but was very uncomfortable during the heatwave in the summer.

Exceptional

The nearest metro station is 1min away, so in 30min you can be pretty central. What's more is that it is very clean and the breakfast provided is satisfying. Overall my experience there was very good and even though it's far away from the tourist part, the proximity to a metro station makes it a great option for your stay.

- Perfect location close to the metro station, cafes and restaurants, but still a quiet area - Amazing breakfast including freshly squeezed orange juice, diary free alternative milk and yoghurt, bio loose leaf delicious teas, raw eggs (no 1) you can boil yourself however you want, sweet pastry, cake, fresh bread, crepes, salty cheeses and ham, fruits etc - clean, spacious room with window
