I left a comment on the 25 of January to h^@accor.com. I think I left 2 weeks to repond to me and but it did not happen. My stay here was uncomfortable due to a serious security concern in the room. The situation raised doubts about how personal belongings are protected with a security related concern. All knows what I was talking about. Do not know what the happened there because I was not contacted. Staff was informed, but the experience left me feeling, maybe, uneasy or unhappy. I would advise future guests to be very cautious with valuables. BTW the staff did not provide me with a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign. Althoguh I thought of that multiple times, I did not leave any sign of authorizing a matter of room integrity, and the staff member on duty on 24 January was informed of this.

Bad due to reception staff.
Hi there the room was fine breakfast was perfect value for money.
On our entry the reception staff was not helpfull at all too busy on there phones one word answers just chatting among them selfs very rude The morning staff in kitchen were very helpfull Reception very rude The night before we stayed in Ibis in Tours the whole experince start to finsh was perfect. Very nice and helpfull staff.

Reception staff is not welcoming, we stayed 4 days and met 3/5 different Reception staff all were non smiling non friendly, Reception should have best of customers support and ethical people, please put them all in training to be welcoming and smiling

Overall a nice stay, but the room could have been bigger.
I liked the breakfast there. Also the location was more or less nice.
The room wasn’t big enough. From the image it appeared like the room is big, but in reality it wasn’t.

Nice and pleasant
Excellent location in a good neighbourhood, very close to Metro. Very good breakfast. Possibility to leave luggage after check-out. Cleanliness.
The bed frame legs in our room weren't tightened, making the bed wobbly and noisy (quickly fixed by tightening it myself). The window block-outs didn't block the sun very well as the sun entered the room soon in the morning. Very limited spots in the car park, and a bit expensive as well.
