We love this hotel, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the location is fantastic, it's beside the tube station. We stayed there the past two years in a row. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant! This hotel is also very good value for money.

The air conditioning during the hot spell was needed.
Having to wait until exactly 2pm to check in. But that's on us! We were just tired.

Very conveniently located right next to the Mairie D'issy metro stop. Very quiet neighbourhood but with everything you might need around it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was clean and comfortable. It was a simple hotel room, for sleeping and showering and for that I can't fault it a single thing.
I wished there was shampoo and conditioner in the shower. There was a body/hair wash in there but I couldnt use that on my hair. Ultimately it's not a big deal, and next time I come to Paris I would definitely stay again, and bring my own. Paris parks are incredibly dusty, so my hair didn't stay clean as long as it should have

Staff were brilliant and very close to the metro and amazing bakery.
Cleaner walked in at 8am, no knock or anything.
Loud street noise and thin walls.
Recieved an email before stay offering things for in room but they then weren't provided or available- toothbrush set and shaving kit.
Superior room was nothing special and tiny
$$$$
