The location is amazing. It’s very close to the Metro station. Walid at the reception was amazing, and the French lady who manages the breakfast area was exceptionally kind and helpful. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Paris

Delivered on its promises and was exactly what we needed.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff were really great and helpful. We were able to get into the room early and also they held our luggage for us until we could return for it and head for our train.

Minor problem with the shower that did not require any assistance from staff.

We had a great stay with my family and it was very close to the metro.

The location worked perfectly. It is a bit far for the city center but very close to the metro and easy to get to. Worth the value. Staff was friendly and very helpful, the room was clean and looked just like the photos.

The rooms are small and it was a bit tight for opening 2 bags, but we were expecting it so it wasn't bad just good to know. Still worth the cost.

Noise noise noise! Me and my 13 year old son hardly slept for 4 nights. Constant banging during the evening/ night. Not sure if it was water pipes or air conditioning? Plus - every time your neighbour takes a shower or flushes a toilet, it feels like you are in the middle of Niagara Falls. Never been in a hotel so poorly insulated!

Location good for what I wanted, with a compact but clean room.

Location was great for where I needed to be. Room was very clean

My room faced the front and directly opposite was a metal roller shutter which started going up and down very early in the morning, which was very noisy. Also there was a building site next door with lorries constantly coming and going again very early. Would have been nice for the hotel to have given prior warning of this. Also when I asked at reception if they had a small amount of milk so I could have a hot drink in my room they said no, despite providing breakfast so surely they should have had some milk.

The rooms were always cleaned well .April deserves a special mention and so does Lahiru who called me to let me know they had found an iPhone we had lost.Breakfast was simple but plentiful and good .

Staff very welcoming. Room spotless. Bed was so very comfortable. Most impressed room service did our room everyday. Great shower. Hotel is in an excellent position for a stay in Paris. Near Metro and great eateries and bakeries. Would very highly recommend.

The towels had old stains on them, which was not nice and gave the feeling thatvtjey are not washed properly. I could not force myself to ise them.

It's a hotel with everything we need. The breakfast even includes fresh mint. The location is also good - not in the city center but in a nice and quiet district (issy). Will definitely stay for the next time.
