Great reception, friendly breakfast room staff. Good parking.
Room care could have been better: in room 221, the Hand soap dispenser does not work.
In room 223, the room cleaning was sometimes done, sometimes not, towels were sometimes exchanged, sometimes, not. The person responsible here was obviously not really caring for what he/she did.
We mentioned multiple times that the coffee machine did not deliver the coffee downwards but sideways - the exit pipes need cleaning. But it was not done.

Today morning I almost got kicked out from your already opened breakfast room at 6.10AM by an arrogant member of your team shouting that it opens at 6.30AM. When I tried to explain him, that my transfer arrives at 6.30, he absolutely did not care and just kept shouting. I am frequently travelling, and so far, I have never experienced anything like this. Flexibility is one thing, I could just have grabbed a coffee and go, but the arrogant style of your employee is absolutely unacceptable.
On top of this, rooms are cold, and cleaners turned the heater off again.
Please refund me the price of the breakfast at least.

I was able sleep in a room on the night I booked for
Price was premium for a hotel 1.5 hrs walk from Eiffel tower. Taxi driver said my hotel wasn't even in Paris. Too far from cdg airport for a taxi, fare would be over 100 euro. Couldn't even fit in the toilet cubicle.

The check in and check out were fast.
No water or tea in the room, but hotel has some vending machines and McDonald is located beside the building, so it is possible to get food and drinks quickly.
The top part of the bed and the ladder are very uncomfortable. It is easy to hit your head above the top part of the bed, when you get up/sit down.

Breakfast, the staff were very helpful.
It worked out as we were three people.
Check if the bunk bed works for who you book, its not very easy for older kids without dexterity. Its fine for normal people. Once up its super comfortable with a good bed, lights, charging port etc!

I love Ibis/Accor hotels, minimalist, good bfast no hot food tho good value basic, elevator fast/spacious, linen good white bed cover, room on small side okay with me, fast check in/ out. Metros around few stops Montparnasse train station. Okay water pressure. Had many bathroom setup in Europe so I am not surprise.
All good.

I was able to check in to my room a little ahead of the official checkin time, which was great.

good location, comfy bed and facilities functional
the bathroom… separated by a curtain with seperate shower and toilet- awkward for me and my friends

Clean room. Bus stop near the hotel. Metro station at 5 min. Air conditiining in the room.
You don't have much storage space in the room.
The water pressure in the shower was very low. It takes an hour to take a shower.
The window does not open and you cannot freshen the air.

The place is quiet, clean and, despite minimal, it has all the necessary for a short time single person staying. Not super suggested for couples or groups since the bathroom has no isolation from the bed and there is poor space for social activities (literally, not a single table to sit and chat while waiting for whatever, unless over breakfast).
Access to the big room on the ground floor should be guaranteed all day since the hotel misses a hall o networking room and people might need to have some conversation or networking necessities.
Bathrooms should be better vented and doors more isolating since there is no physical separation between the WC and the beds, only a half door to cover the person from the eyes of a passing roommate.

It was comfortable and easy to get too from the metro. Very convenient when coming back late at night
Everything was fine!

The staff was lovely and really understanding. Comfortable beds, a good shower and everything was clean. The room was simple but nice to stay in and the location of the hotel was practical and very nice
Because the water from the faucet was pretty chlorinated, we ended up having to buy a lot of bottled water. Sometimes there was no more water available at the hotel and the water that WAS available was in very small containers. Easier accessible water would be nice. Also not all door keys worked properly on the lift, leaving some people stranded downstairs until someone came to rescue them. Rooms felt a bit small compared to the pictures on the website, but that wasn't a problem. A trashcan would've been a nice addition, as we were stuck with a lot of take-out boxes

None.
No air conditioner or fan provided during our stay in Summer. We informed the staff and waited for one night to get the room changed. We had to open the window and the noise came from the trains. The next day we waited for the manager to come and explain the problem. We got the room change at night. The air conditioner is not working and they don’t maintain or fix it. Don’t expect Summer is like Winter season. The room is not cheap. Pricey very much! We booked 2 rooms for family, 6 nights.

Location is good. Malakoff metro station line 13 is 5 min walk and hence entire Paris is accessible. There are a couple of restaurants including McD and a small supermarket close by.
Very small rooms. Very small washrooms. Cleanliness of rooms could be better.

Breakfast was simple but very tasty. Coffee, juices, croissants, charcuterie, cheese, fruitsalad, bread, all there.
Our room was fit for guest with wheelchairs. Very comfortabel for a family with kids. Plenty of space.
The wheelchair accessible shower was a bit special, because the whole bathroom was wet after a simple shower. Hanging up a shower-curtain to be used by customers without wheelchairs, would help prevent this.

The room was comfortable, everything about it was fine. The hotel is near the metro station for the line 13. The staff was very kind.
To open the window, you must go to the reception for a window key and they only have one.
