We were a family of four, and we really liked the duplex-style room. It was a bit small, but comfortable overall. The surroundings were quiet, and the fresh morning air was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff provided excellent support.

It was for sleep only to be honest, it's small but confy, the only donwsize was the bathroom, the bathtub was leaking water all over the floor, but the rest thats all, 5 minutes to the metro station and all very close to the turistic places

The staff was super friendly which is a super plus and hotels was clean, breakfast was wonderful the only con i had was that my room didn't have heating no matter how far i cut the heat up it blew out cold air.

Far from Airport and from city, nice and quiet area. Check in time at 15:00 no option for early check in even with fee! The room itself beds were clean but the toilet was filthy toilet seat yellow inside unadjusted seat , shower filter left on the floor, toilet brush was left on top of sink and a bad smell. The room temp was very cold however the nice lady offered me a portable heater. Breakfast was fine served early which is a plus. Staff were lovely helpful and friendly especially the late staff Osiane was brilliant.

Stayed for 1 night with a colleague, booked 2 rooms. We paid for the rooms separately upon check in. Following check out, the property charged my card again for 2 rooms, and are refusing to credit the additional charges. Terrible service and would not recommend.

We stayed here while touring Paris. It was on the Metro and was very easy to get to it also worked for us to easily get to the sights we wanted to. The hotel is walking distance to some good restaurants too. Breakfast is good and offers nice choices. The breakfast staff were very friendly and nice. We had no issues in the area and felt safe coming and going. The rooms are extremely small though which is a pain for dealing with your luggage. There wasn't a safe in the room either. The front desk staff are not overly friendly and seem like you are bothering them when you check in. If you are looking for a basic hotel that you are just sleeping in and not spending extra time at then I recommend this one.

Hotel location is 30 min by metro from City Center, the Hotel overall was OK but not super clean! Walking from the hotel to the closest metro station during the night was kind of dark and not many people walking, makes you feel a little bit unsafe!

Nice hotel situated in the in the periphery of Paris close to the Malakof Metro station. A calm and quiet area. Easy parking under the hotel. Receptionists were very helpfull with everything. Upper 2 beds in our family 4 bed room were unable to cool down during the night. Small bar which unfortunately aren't open udring weekends. All in all definitively a recommendable hotel.

Our family of 4 stayed in a room with loft. The room was ok for us. It’s warm in the loft. Bathroom is not very clean. Overall, the room is ok. Front desk service is great, very friendly and helpful. Train station is nearby. 1.90 Euro / 30 mins ride takes you to Paris.
