An OK minus 3 Star Hotel

Its proximity to the apartment of my friend and the location in one of Paris nicest neighborhoods

The rooms, even the bigger one is still rather small. Ok for one person a bit cramped for two. The fact the lift serve only some of the rooms means you’ll have to carry your heavy luggage up through multiple narrow and possibly spiral staircases which isn’t great if you’re older or weaker. In addition the fact the hotel is sitting in a main road doesn’t help if you’re a light sleeper. Lastly, for some reason, although the air conditioning unit wasn’t On, the room was very hot and we sweated buckets in bed (we visited during December) a fact which forced us to leave the windows open

The room was very small . Breakfast was good , the dining room is small to fit guests. The location far from main attractions but quite and the restaurants of different choices are easily available near by.

Nice little hotel in the middle of Montmartre

The location was great, the metro, different buses etc. are in walking distance. The breakfast was decent and the stuff was nice&helpful. Early check in was possible, which we appreciated a lot! The room was also clean.

The room was quite small, but it’s fine for a couple of days. A mini bar/fridge would have been good.

Excellent location, friendly staff and big enough room

The hotel is located in Montmartre, near the Basilica and many touristic points, this was great and is my favourite area in Paris. Metro and bus stops were only a short distance away so it was easy to move around. Staff was very friendly and helped with getting a taxi to the airport and connecting to the internet. The room had a kettle so we were able to make sleepy tea at night and strong coffee in the morning.

The room was quite small, or rather big enough. The toilet was quite small but we managed as we accommodated to our budget.

Perfect stay!

It was really big. We are two friends and there were 2 beds, 2 bathrooms, two everything! Everything was very clean and they also had towels and soap for showering or washing your hands. The breakfast buffet was really good and divers and the room very cozy. We almost couldn’t believe that we made such a good deal. Because not only was the value for money very good but the location was exceptional too. In the midst of the Montmartre District and only a 15min walk to the Sacre Coeur. And on the other side of the street was the Sunset Bar. A really nice Bar/Restaurant with cool vibes. We loved it and would recommend to anyone who wants to spend a nice time in Paris!

We liked the helpful and friendly staff, the cleanliness of the hotel. the location was superb, very good value for money . The bed was really comfortable, great mattress.

Room was very small, not much wardrobe or cupboard space. Would have liked more coffee/tea/milk without having to ask.

The hotel in in a great location and is situated close to a metro which makes it easy to access all the attractions in Paris. The buffet breakfast was also tasty.

The room is much smaller than in the photos, which makes it difficult to open suitcases or even move around if you are two people sharing the room. The elevator was broken when we arrived and none of the staff members offered to help us with our bags up 3 flights of stairs.

Room did not look anything like the photos on website. Lift is tiny - two people just about fit standing really close together - but at least there was a lift to the third floor. Generally needs a refurbishment.

Ideal base for exploring the city

Perfect location for exploring beautiful Montmarte and only short metro away from centre of Paris. All staff were very welcoming and we never passed any member of staff without receiving a friendly "bonjour". As always with Paris the room sizes a bit small but so clean, comfortable and well presented. Good selection of pastries, cereals, meats, cheeses, fruit and cooked eggs for breakfast.

Some other reviews have said the hotel is noisy. That wasn't my experience but you do get a little noise from the street below. Nothing the hotel can really do about that and guess it just comes with the territory of staying in a city

Nice, clean and quite hotel for short stays in Paris

The rooms are small but comfortable, the bathroom was very clean. Each room has its own heat pump air conditioning and an electric radiator in the bathroom, so both rooms heat up very quickly. Breakfast has limited choices but all food and beverage is of high quality, there is also freshly squeezed orange juice. Within walking distance from Montmartre and metro stations.

The was no lift to our room so we had to carry our suitcases through some steps and small hallways. Hallways and corridors are very narrow, so it is not ideal for people with limited mobillity.

We were very happy with the location (it is very close to the Basilica of Sacré Coeur de Montmartre), lots of restaurants, cafes, flower shops, different other shops, beautiful streets and buildings. It is a touristic place but less touristic than next to Eiffel Tower, for example. More kind of local spirit around. A bus stop right next to the hotel door. Very friendly and helpful staff of the hotel (especially Michael). Great shower (hot water, good pressure. For people from Cyprus, like us, it has it's meaning :) ) A comfy bed, windows can be open to get fresh air, ac working quick and well. A heater in the bathroom for towels.

Bathroom was a bit small in general. Breakfast needs fresh vegetables to be added.
