Its proximity to the apartment of my friend and the location in one of Paris nicest neighborhoods
The rooms, even the bigger one is still rather small. Ok for one person a bit cramped for two.
The fact the lift serve only some of the rooms means you’ll have to carry your heavy luggage up through multiple narrow and possibly spiral staircases which isn’t great if you’re older or weaker.
In addition the fact the hotel is sitting in a main road doesn’t help if you’re a light sleeper.
Lastly, for some reason, although the air conditioning unit wasn’t On, the room was very hot and we sweated buckets in bed (we visited during December) a fact which forced us to leave the windows open
