Comfortable & Clean rooms serviced every day with fresh towels. Metro and tram outside the door with easy access to all over the city
No kettle or coffee in the room but you could bring coffee from breakfast upstairs to bedrooms no problem

Very comfortable room even if a bit small. Good location to see Paris & amazing breakfast!
Towels were a bit thin, and only two - no hand towels . Biggest issue were the room keys - we kept having to revalidate them - bit of a nuisance as we were on the 6th floor. Told it was due to our phones/ magnetic sources, but eventually someone admitted that some staff(nearly all I reckon) didn’t know how to set the correct expiry date!
Also the area around the Porte clingencourt was a bit dodgy especially at night!

Staff was friendly. Only 5 stops (7mins) from Gare de Nord. Metro station about a minute away.
Lift wasn’t working. Constantly having to go up and down multiple flights of stairs. The TVs didn’t have YouTube and couldn’t even find a channel showing the World Cup.
