Very convenient location, authentic area of Paris, great, friendly, helpful team of staff, third stay there, love that there are rooms with balconies
Room on this occasion was a little on the small side but it didn’t detract from the enjoyment of a long weekend in Paris

The location was really convenient. It was easy walk to Gare du Nord and nearby metro stations got us into the centre fast.
The room was in line with expectations and clean and in good condition. Our room was on the front of the hotel and we were pleased to get a balcony.
As we had a front facing room, we got some street noise. Not excessive (we were on the 7th floor), but it did wake me slightly in the mornings.

Location was amazing, all the amenities, public transportation, the district itself is amazing, we had a lot of fun walking around

In the night it was very quiet, if you are not a party person, perfect after a long day enjoying Paris
Food at the facility was poor. They advertise their breakfast, but for 12EUR per person, having to resolve to supermarket bread and coffee was disappointing. it takes you literally 2 minutes of walking to get to a great bakery or asian catering, after discovering that, you will regret spending your money on Hotel breakfast
Receptionist told us that we are getting a free upgrade, but we got the same room in the end, we communicated in English, perhaps he wanted to offer an upgrade, but we got what we paid for initially
Layout of the room was not optimal, in particular the doorstop that is the same color as the carpet might bring you some painful experience
