    This was a booking made when trying to find a room still in a decent location but not ridiculously expensive. With the metro being so handy, it worked out well. The room itself was pretty small but enough space to lay our bags out. Kettle & mugs supplied. No fridge, which would’ve been handy. Reception staff always accommodating. Water dispenser free in lobby area. A grocery store & bakery literally next door plus a Subway & McD’s, nearby, if that’s your thing. We did lots of walking and no issues however there are lots of homeless in the city & some, encampment like areas, not too far away. Overall we were happy with what we got for what we paid.

    Many thanks for the wonderful service throughout our stay! The hotel was lovely, peaceful, and very comfortable, and all the staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming. A special thank you to Arul, who went above and beyond to help us with some adjustments to our room. His kindness and willingness to assist us truly made a difference and made our stay even more memorable. The location was also incredibly convenient. Jaurès station is only about a 2-minute walk away, while Stalingrad station is around 5–6 minutes on foot, making it very easy to get around Paris. You can do grocery shopping in the nearby Monoprix and Carrefour which are right beside the hotel, and there is also a pharmacy nearby. We especially loved having several boulangeries within walking distance, which were perfect for grabbing a quick breakfast in the morning. Another big plus was the air conditioning! We stayed in August, so having good AC made our room very comfortable after spending long summer days exploring Paris.

    Had a fantastic stay. Very reliable hotel with small but well designed rooms. The room I was staying in overlooked the interior courtyard and was really peaceful and quiet.

    My primary disappointment with this hotel is that I booked it and paid extra for the balcony. My room had doors that opened to a fire escape stair case that was dirty with a small place to stand and just a veiw of the back of the hotel so if I left my binds open people from the other rooms would see right in to mine. While this may technically be considered a balcony, if is very far from the what was advertised and knowing what I would get I would have booked at least a standard room.
