Very pleasant and conceniant stay.

Recently renovated, the rooms were tastefully decorated, very clean and conformable. The rest of the hotel, including the breakfast area, lounge and bar were also pleasant and welcoming. The staff were efficient and friendly. The sauna was a nice surprise.

Best if you are coming by car — it’s a little awkward to get to by public transport.

Decent hotel but location and ammenities aren’t worth it for the price.

Big room with lots of space to move around. Decent kitchen and nice layout.

It’s already a walk away from the train station, however the overpass that connects the main road by the station and the hotel is currently closed, therefore you have to do a large and inconvenient loop around the block just to get there. Expect a 15-20 minute walk until that’s fixed. The whole area surrounding the hotel is all just construction sites making for a bad view and rough terrain just walking around the property.

We had a really good stay at this hotel over Easter break

Having been to Paris before we decided we would prefer to eat outside the hotel as the city has loads to offer in terms of brassiers, bakeries and restaurants. But it was good to have that option to buy breakfast, lunch or dinner if we wanted to. Location of the hotel was really good as the train station was just 5 min away (nice walk in safe neighbourhood). It took us 14 min by train to get to one of the biggest stations in central Paris. There are some shops and reataurants close to the hotel which is a bonus. Staff at the hotel was very friendly. Plenty of parking spaces in a secure car park for only 11€ per night.

Kitchen was VERY basic. There was only one large kitchen knife. The bathroom wasnt cleaned properly and there were stains on the door and the floor when we arrived. When we arrived at 5pm we were told oir room wasnt ready yet ( check in starts from 3pm) but thankfully 10 min later we were told it was ready.

I stayed at suite Paris quest colombes in Paris , and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff's behavior, especially the receptionist in Al-Rass, was inappropriate and lacked professionalism. Additionally, I encountered extra charges beyond the initially booked amount on Booking.com. A sum was deducted from my card, and despite being assured a refund, it has not been processed yet. Furthermore, the hotel claimed a shortage of cleaning staff, leading to delays in room cleaning. I was advised to wait until the cleaning staff finished their tasks, causing inconvenience during my stay. Moreover, the location of the hotel apartments was inconvenient, with a lack of nearby facilities. The area seemed under construction, and there were no nearby restaurants or shops. I appreciate your attention to these concerns and kindly request assistance in addressing these issues promptly. L'attitude de certains agents envers moi surtout ton dans la prise de parole. Je suis une touriste ivoirienne et c'était ma 1ère fois en France. Je ne maitrise pas les règles et procédures du pays. Donc si je demande un service ou je m'assessois au restaurant sans passer par la serveuse on peut m'interpeller sur un ton bienveillant et m'expliquer avec courtoisie, mieux on peut se diriger vers le client et connaitre son besoin tout en lui expliquant la procédure à suivre. En gros j'ai pas du tout apprécié la manière dont 2 agents m'ont parlé (1 à la réception et l'autre serveuse du restaurant)

La chambre attribué avait un problème de vmc très bruyante donc impossible de dormir, on m’a dis qu’un technicien passerai le matin, mais personne n’est venu, la nuit suivant on m’a changé de chambre et le problème était aussi présent. Une personne de l’accueil est venu et était embarrassé, elle m’a dis je ne sais pas quoi faire, on a pas de technicien je suis désolé, c’est le même problème dans toute les chambres, le lendemain j’ai souhaité parlé à un reponsable, mais personne n’était présent, j’ai laissé mon numéro pour être recontacter et je n’ai pas été rappelé Aucun geste commercial Aucune remise en question Et une personne a l’accueil le dernier jour très hautaine

Chambre super et spacieuse. Douche très bien, salle de bain spacieuse.

Très compliqué d'accéder au Sauna, nous n'avons pas pu y aller car le personnel à l'accueil nous disait - "c'est occupé et il y a quelqu'un après" - ok donc on peut s'inscrire sur la liste d'attente ? - Non il n'y a pas de liste donc revenez dans 1h Et ainsi de suite ... 4h plus tard nous n'avions toujours pas pu y aller.

La propreté la literie

Le bruit du frigo toute la nuit. J’ai réservé une chambre pour 2 personnes en précisant 1 lit double, l’homme à la réception me confirme que j’ai un grand lit double, arrivée dans la chambre 2 lits simples. De plus, une seule carte m’a été remise j’ai dû me réveiller dans la nuit pour descendre ouvrir le parking à l’extérieur et ouvrir la porte à mon amie qui revenait d’un voyage supplément aucun effort venant de la réception pour au moins gardé une deuxième carte pour m’éviter de me réveiller. Parking payant 11€ pas d’accès direct aux étages.

J'avais réservé un studio supérieur avec balcon mais le balcon est très étroit et il n'y avait pas de chaise sur le balcon alors que sur les photos oui. J'en ai parlé à la réception mais je n'ai eu aucun retour

Certes s'est annoncé que le ménage n'est pas fait durant le séjour mais c'est limite quand même.. et aussi de devoir vider ses poubelles .... Vu que ces services ne sont pas présents c'est cher payé Les repas du soir sont bons mais le service est beaucoup trop long même si le personnel est agréable Les petits déjeuner c'est zéro... trés peu de choix, boisson jus d'orange à température ambiante pas frais, 1 jour sur 2 les croissants et petits pains choco trop cuits, pas de vrai pain frais que des trucs sous vide style pain de mie pour pique nique... bref p'tit déj zéro pointé

Comento varias cositas: El agua caliente salía con mucha cantidad pero a medida que la ponías más fría la cantidad era menor. Pero nos pudimos bañar igual de bien El aire acondicionado no salió muy frío pero refrescó esos días y hemos estado muy bien. Que algunos servicios estuvieran cerrados. Spa, gimnasio. Aunque no nos hubiera dado tiempo de ir seguramente. Que el restaurante estuviera cerrado, solo habían Pizzas, pero cenamos por Paris El resto genial 😁 👌

Un bon endroit pour une escale tranquille.

Accueil souriant, explications claires et détaillées, réactivité. Propreté de l'enceinte intérieure, ça doit être assez récent comme construction. Petit déjeuné très très bien, manquait seulement les oeufs brouillés. Évier salle de bains bouché, sitôt dit, sitôt débouché, parfait.

La situation, pas grand chose aux alentours. Le bacon au petit déjeuné était là, mais pas d'oeufs brouillés ou omelette. Seuls des oeufs (très) cuits durs à disposition.

- l’accueil à la réception : très désagréable et agressive , aucun professionnalisme et une façon de parler très hautaine et méprisante - la propreté : dès notre arrivée nous avons dû demander une nouvelle serviette car celle de la chambre avec une tache noire. Bref très mauvaise expérience très déçu nous avons dû écourter notre séjour car elle même nous a proposer d’écourter notre séjour ce que nous avons bien évidemment accepter !!

Nous y avons juste dormi car l’accueil la veille n’était pas top( ce n’est pas une histoire de personnes mais mauvaise organisation. Chambre confortable et propre

Ce n’est qu’à partir de 15h que l’on peut faire l’admission: donc , une file d’attente….Quand ce fut notre tour, on me dit qu’il n’y a pas encore de chambre disponible (16h15) car le ménage n’est pas encore fait( manque de personnel) et que certains clients qui devaient partir le matin avant 12h, partaient en retard! Pour moi, mauvaise organisation. Établissement mal placé dans Colombes, à un carrefour de forte circulation automobile, parking payant: il faut attendre l’admission pour y accéder….
